#800000;\">\u4e00\u65e6\u958b\u59cb\u8d70\u9032\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u5c31\u96e3\u4ee5\u505c\u6b62\u7e7c\u7e8c\u611f\u53d7\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u4e5f\u96e3\u4ee5\u5f9e\u4e2d\u8d70\u51fa\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u901a\u5e38\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u4e00\u5834\u5927\u578b\u4e8b\u6545\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f9e\u4eba\u7fa4\u4e2d\u5206\u8fa8\u51fa\u6d88\u9632\u54e1\u3001\u8b66\u5bdf\u3001\u7dca\u6025\u91ab\u7642\u6551\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u5728\u5176\u5b83\u4eba\u90fd\u5728\u9060\u96e2\u707d\u5bb3\u73fe\u5834\u6642\u5954\u5411\u73fe\u5834\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u7406\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u3001\u5fc3\u7406\u8aee\u8a62\u5e2b\u9084\u6709\u5728\u81e8\u7d42\u95dc\u61f7\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u5247\u662f\u60c5\u7dd2\u9818\u57df\u7684\u6025\u6551\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5954\u5411\u5176\u5b83\u4eba\u90fd\u60f3\u907f\u958b\u7684\u5275\u50b7\u7d93\u6b77\u73fe\u5834\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e6b\u52a9\u5225\u4eba\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u5bb9\u6613\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u5979\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u975e\u5e38\u52aa\u529b\u53bb\u7406\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u66fe\u7d93\u53d7\u904e\u7684\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u53bb\u56de\u9867\u81ea\u5df1\u906d\u9047\u7684\u8650\u5f85\u6027\u89aa\u5bc6\u95dc\u4fc2\u548c\u8feb\u4f7f\u81ea\u5df1\u8f49\u5b78\u7684\u6821\u5712\u6b3a\u51cc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0dAllison\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7aed\u529b\u5c0b\u6c42\u5171\u60c5\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c<strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u9019\u9ebc\u505a\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u66f4\u591a\u5b69\u5b50\u672a\u4f86\u7d93\u53d7\u8ddf\u5979\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u5fc5\u9808\u627f\u8a8d\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u6703\u8b93\u81ea\u5df1\u8655\u65bc\u4e00\u7a2e\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u75b2\u618a\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u5171\u60c5\u8017\u7aed\u300d\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u5171\u60c5\u8017\u7aed\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u50cfAllison\u9019\u6a23\u5f9e\u4e8b\u300c\u8077\u696d\u52a9\u4eba\u884c\u696d\u300d\u7684\u4eba\u4e26\u975e\u5c11\u6578\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u8b77\u58eb\uff0c\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u548c\u8aee\u8a62\u5e2b\u3002\u4f46\u5c0d\u8077\u696d\u52a9\u4eba\u884c\u696d\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u8abf\u67e5\u986f\u793a\uff1a\u76f8\u6bd4\u65bc\u91d1\u878d\u696d\u3001\u97f3\u6a02\u754c\u548c\u79d1\u5b78\u754c\u7684\u5f9e\u4e8b\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u8077\u696d\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u66f4\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u7269\u8cea\u6feb\u7528\u6216\u7269\u8cea\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5bb6\u65cf\u53f2\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u8a31\u591a\u52a9\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u78ba\u5be6\u9762\u81e8\u8457\u5169\u96e3\uff1a<\/span><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u8981\u4e0d\u9078\u64c7\u60c5\u611f\u9ebb\u6728\uff0c\u6e1b\u5f31\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u56de\u61c9\u4f86\u4fdd\u8b77\u81ea\u5df1\uff1b\u8981\u4e0d\u9078\u64c7\u5192\u8457\u88ab\u58d3\u529b\u6467\u6bc0\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u53bb\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u5efa\u7acb\u60c5\u611f\u806f\u7e6b\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5f88\u591a\u91ab\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u91ab\u7642\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u6df1\u5165\uff0c\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5171\u60c5\u80fd\u529b\u5c31\u6703\u9010\u6f38\u8b8a\u5f97\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u4f4e\uff0c\u6703\u6f38\u6f38\u958b\u59cb\u4f4e\u4f30\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u51fa\u73fe\u5c0d\u75c5\u4eba\u75bc\u75db\u5171\u60c5\u920d\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u4e0d\u662f\u5c08\u696d\u7684\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u7684\u591a\u6578\u4eba\uff0c\u5e73\u6642\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u7576\u4f60\u8981\u5b89\u6170\u8eab\u908a\u4e00\u500b\u6975\u5ea6\u60b2\u50b7\u7684\u670b\u53cb\uff0c\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u4e0d\u65b7\u8abf\u52d5\u8d77\u81ea\u5df1\u751f\u547d\u4e2d\u985e\u4f3c\u60b2\u50b7\u7684\u7d93\u6b77&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u7d50\u679c\u5b89\u6170\u5230\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u9023\u6211\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5f\u8ddf\u8457\u54c7\u54c7\u54ed\u8d77\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u4e0d\u8ad6\u5c0d\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u88ab\u5e6b\u52a9\u8005\uff0c\u300c\u5171\u60c5\u8017\u7aed\u300d\u7121\u7591\u90fd\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u597d\u4e8b\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5011\u548c\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u9032\u884c\u5171\u60c5\uff0c\u6050\u6015\u9023\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u7684\u9580\u90fd\u7121\u6cd5\u8d70\u51fa\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u76f4\u63a5\u88ab\u5c4b\u5167\u6bcf\u4f4d\u540c\u4e8b\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u7d66\u64ca\u57ae\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ea\u6703\u5728\u6709\u4e9b\u6642\u5019\u628a\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u653e\u9032\u4f86\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u6642\u5019\u5247\u9694\u7d55\u5728\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8aee\u8a62\u5e2b\u3001\u8b77\u58eb\u3001\u793e\u6703\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005<strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u9078\u64c7\u63a5\u53d7\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u4e26\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u8457\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u6b8a\u80fd\u529b\u4f86\u61c9\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u75db\u82e6\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0a\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u5f8c\u679c\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u6b21\u7d1a\u5275\u50b7\uff08secondary trauma\uff09 \u2014\u2014\u4e0d\u540c\u65bc\u5e38\u898b\u5275\u50b7\uff0c\u6b21\u7d1a\u5275\u50b7\u4e0d\u662f\u7531\u76f4\u63a5\u906d\u53d7\u5275\u50b7\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5728\u770b\u5230\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u906d\u53d7\u75db\u82e6\u5f8c\u767c\u751f\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6b21\u7d1a\u5275\u50b7\u5c0d\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u4e5f\u6709\u8457\u771f\u5207\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u51fa\u73fe\u7761\u7720\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u51fa\u73fe\u58d3\u529b\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8ec0\u9ad4\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u9152\u7cbe\u6216\u7269\u8cea\u6feb\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u540c\u5176\u4ed6\u707d\u96e3\u548c\u5275\u50b7\u4e2d\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u5c08\u696d\u52a9\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u96e3\u4ee5\u9694\u96e2\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u4ed6\u5011\u6240\u898b\u8b49\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u3002\u4e0b\u73ed\u5f8c\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u4ecd\u7136\u5728\u56f0\u64fe\u8457\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cAllison\u6709\u4e00\u6b21\u548c\u4f34\u4fb6\u5916\u51fa\u5403\u98ef\uff0c\u7576\u5979\u807d\u5230\u9694\u58c1\u684c\u60c5\u4fb6\u5728\u6fc0\u70c8\u722d\u5435\uff0c\u4fbf\u60f3\u8d77\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u548c\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u7537\/\u5973\u670b\u53cb\u76f8\u8655\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5979\u5c31\u767c\u73fe\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u80fd\u7121\u8996\u9019\u5c0d\u60c5\u4fb6\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u5c0d\u9019\u5834\u722d\u5435\u7f6e\u4e4b\u4e0d\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><span #800000;\">\u5230\u8655\u90fd\u662f\u4e0d\u5e78\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6703\u8b93\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u611f\u89ba\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u5c31\u50cf\u7cbe\u885b\u586b\u6d77\uff0c\u90fd\u53ea\u662f\u4e9b\u7121\u7528\u529f\u3002<\/span><\/strong>\u9019\u7a2e\u611f\u53d7\u643e\u53d6\u4e86\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e4b\u5916\u5e6b\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u2014\u2014\u7576\u9031\u570d\u6709\u4eba\u6b63\u7591\u4f3c\u88ab\u8650\u5f85\uff0c\u4f60\u600e\u9ebc\u53ef\u80fd\u9084\u53bb\u6162\u8dd1\uff1f\u7576\u6709\u4eba\u90a3\u9ebc\u9700\u8981\u4f60\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u4f60\u600e\u9ebc\u9084\u80fd\u5b89\u5fc3\u56de\u5bb6\u505a\u665a\u9910\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u53ea\u6709\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u6709\u9019\u7a2e\u611f\u53d7<\/h2>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u5171\u60c5\u8017\u7aed\uff08empathy fatigue\uff09\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4f86\u6e96\u78ba\u5f62\u5bb9\u73fe\u4ee3\u80b2\u5152\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u932f\u8aa4\u5730\u628a\u597d\u7684\u80b2\u5152\u65b9\u6cd5\u7b49\u540c\u65bc\u7236\u6bcd\u7cbe\u75b2\u529b\u76e1\uff0c\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u7d66\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u2014\u2014\u9084\u7e3d\u5dee\u90a3\u9ebc\u4e00\u9ede\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u8868\u660e\u7236\u6bcd\u7531\u65bc\u9577\u671f\u80b2\u5152\u58d3\u529b\u800c\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u96e3\u53d7\u4e0d\u9069\u7684\u751f\u7406\u75c7\u72c0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u800c\u8077\u696d\u52a9\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u6bcf\u5929\u90fd\u7d93\u53d7\u8457\u9019\u6a23\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u63a5\u89f8\uff0c\u7e3d\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u6703\u8655\u65bc\u5d29\u6f70\u7684\u908a\u7de3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u5c31\u5f88\u7cdf\u7cd5\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u9019\u6a23\u55ce\uff1f\u7576\u7136\u4e0d\u662f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5176\u5be6\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u8017\u7aed\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u52a9\u4eba\u8005\u9700\u8981\u505a\u5230\u5171\u60c5\uff0c\u4f46\u5171\u60c5\u4e26\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u9762\u3002\u795e\u7d93\u79d1\u5b78\u548c\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u90fd\u63ed\u958b\u4e86\u5171\u60c5\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u5169\u500b\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u5340\u5225\uff1a<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u60c5\u7dd2\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u66ff\u4ee3\u6027\u9ad4\u6703\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u611f\u77e5\u5c0d\u65b9\u7684\u75db\u82e6\uff1b<\/p>\n<p>\u5171\u60c5\u95dc\u61f7\uff0c\u5247\u610f\u5473\u8457\u6211\u5011\u4f7f\u7528\u5171\u60c5\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u6e1b\u8f15\u4ed6\u4eba\u75db\u82e6\u3002<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u60c5\u7dd2\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u8b93\u4f60\u6a21\u7cca\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u908a\u754c\u3002\u4f46\u5171\u60c5\u95dc\u61f7\uff0c\u5247\u8981\u6c42\u4f60\u7dad\u7e6b\u751a\u81f3\u52a0\u5f37\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u5225\u4eba\u7684\u908a\u754c\u3002<strong><span
