Lam<\/p>\n<p>\u97d3\u570b\u9664\u4e86\u6d41\u884c\u6587\u5316\u6700\u8457\u540d\uff0c\u5de5\u6642\u9577\u3001\u81ea\u6bba\u7387\u9ad8\u3001\u8003\u8a66\u56b4\u82db\u4e5f\u805e\u540d\u65bc\u4e16\uff0c\u5728\u7576\u5730\u4ee4\u4eba\u7a92\u606f\u7684\u6c1b\u570d\u4e2d\uff0c\u51fa\u73fe\u4e00\u7a2e\u6975\u7aef\u6e1b\u58d3\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u9396\u81ea\u5df1\u9032\u76e3\u7344\uff0c\u4ee5\u64fa\u812b\u8e81\u72c2\u97d3\u570b\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u675f\u7e1b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u64fa\u812b\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u67b7\u9396\uff0c\u767d\u9818\u9e97\u4eba\u6734\u60e0\u5229\uff08\u97f3\u8b6f\uff09\u5c31\u662f\u4ee5\u300c\u5165\u7344\u300d\u4f5c\u9003\u907f\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5979\u8aaa\u51fa\u4e00\u53e5\u6975\u8af7\u523a\u7684\u8a71\uff1a<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u300c\u9019\u5ea7\u76e3\u7344\u7d66\u4e86\u6211\u4e00\u7a2e\u81ea\u7531\u4e4b\u611f\u3002\u300d<\/strong><\/span>\u5979\u82b1\u8cbb 90 \u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u53ea\u70ba\u5728\u6a21\u64ec\u76e3\u7344\u4e2d\u4eab\u53d7 24 \u5c0f\u6642\u8207\u4e16\u9694\u7d55\u7684\u6642\u5149\uff0c\u66ab\u6642\u9003\u96e2\u4ee4\u4eba\u7a92\u606f\u7684\u6c1b\u570d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u793e\u6703\u50ac\u8feb<\/h2>\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u5357\u97d3\u7684\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u3001\u51fa\u53e3\u5c0e\u5411\u578b\u7d93\u6fdf\u958b\u59cb\u8870\u9000\uff0c\u4ee4\u5b78\u6821\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u66f4\u5f62\u6fc0\u70c8\uff0c\u52a0\u91cd\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u81ea\u6bba\u500b\u6848\u6578\u5b57\u4ea6\u898b\u4e0a\u5347\u3002\u7d93\u6fdf\u5408\u4f5c\u66a8\u767c\u5c55\u7d44\u7e54\uff08OECD\uff0936 \u500b\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u4e2d\uff0c2017 \u5e74\u97d3\u570b\u4eba\u5e73\u5747\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u9593\u70ba 2,024 \u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u50c5\u6b21\u65bc\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u548c\u54e5\u65af\u9054\u9ece\u52a0\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u5de5\u6642\u7b2c\u4e09\u9577\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u5e6b\u52a9\u4eba\u5011\u6e1b\u8f15\u5de5\u4f5c\u540c\u6642\u7372\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u9593\u6cd5\u5b9a\u4e0a\u9650\u5f9e 68 \u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u964d\u81f3\u6bcf\u9031 52 \u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u653f\u7b56\u4ecd\u88ab\u6279\u8a55\u6a19\u6e96\u592a\u6a21\u7cca\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6642\u6578\u662f\u5426\u5c07\u9031\u672b\u5305\u542b\u5728\u5167\uff0c\u6709\u4f55\u539f\u56e0\u53ef\u4ee5\u52a0\u73ed\u7b49\uff0c\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u591a\u65bc\u5efa\u6a39\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u53e6\u985e\u5ea6\u5047<\/h2>\n<p>\u81ea 2013 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u5357\u97d3\u6d2a\u5ddd\u6771\u5317\u90e8\u7684\u6a21\u64ec\u5165\u7344\u8a08\u5283\u300c\u76e3\u7344\u5728\u6211\u5fc3\uff08\ub0b4 \uc548\uc758 \uac10\uc625\uff09\u300d\u5df2\u63a5\u5f85\u4e86 2,000 \u591a\u540d\u300c\u56da\u72af\u300d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5927\u591a\u662f\u627f\u53d7\u5de8\u5927\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u4e0a\u73ed\u65cf\u53ca\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u60f3\u5728\u56b4\u82db\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u5b78\u8853\u6587\u5316\u6c1b\u570d\u4e2d\u66ab\u6642\u6b47\u606f\u3002\u6734\u60e0\u5229\u5750\u5728\u4e00\u500b 5 \u5e73\u65b9\u7c73\u7684\u7262\u623f\u4e2d\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u592a\u5fd9\u4e86\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u6211\u4e0d\u61c9\u5728\u9019\u88e1\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u624b\u982d\u4e0a\u4ecd\u6709\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u4f46\u6211\u9084\u662f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u505c\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u751f\u6d3b\u800c\u91cd\u65b0\u5be9\u8996\u81ea\u5df1\u3002<\/strong><\/span>\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u662f\u4ed8\u8cbb\u300c\u5165\u7344\u300d\uff0c\u4f46\u300c\u76e3\u7344\u300d\u7684\u898f\u5247\u4ecd\u7136\u56b4\u683c\uff1a<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u4e0d\u5f97\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u56da\u72af\u8ac7\u8a71\u3001\u7262\u623f\u6c92\u6709\u6642\u9418\uff0c\u4ea6\u8981\u4ea4\u51fa\u624b\u6a5f\u3002\u76e3\u7344\u5ba2\u4eba\u6703\u5206\u914d\u5230\u6df1\u85cd\u8272\u76e3\u7344\u5236\u670d\u3001\u745c\u4f3d\u588a\u3001\u8336\u5177\u3001\u7b46\u53ca\u7b46\u8a18\u672c\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u8981\u7761\u5728\u5730\u677f\u4e0a\uff0c\u623f\u9593\u5167\u8a2d\u6709\u5c0f\u5ec1\u6240\uff0c\u4f46\u6c92\u6709\u93e1\u5b50\u3002<\/strong><\/span>\u83dc\u55ae\u4e2d\uff0c\u65e9\u9910\u6709\u7c73\u7ca5\uff0c\u665a\u9910\u662f\u84b8\u71c9\u7d05\u85af\u53ca\u9999\u8549\u5976\u6614\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5916\u9762\u624d\u662f\u76e3\u7344<\/h2>\n<p>\u300c\u76e3\u7344\u5728\u6211\u5fc3\u300d\u806f\u5408\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u76e7\u667a\u9999\uff08\u97f3\u8b6f\uff09\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u6a21\u64ec\u76e3\u7344\u7684\u9748\u611f\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u5979\u7684\u4e08\u592b\u6b0a\u6c38\u932b\uff08\u97f3\u8b6f\uff09\u3002\u6b0a\u662f\u4e00\u540d\u7d93\u5e38\u8981\u4e00\u661f\u671f\u5de5\u4f5c
