&#8211; flagellation\uff09\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u5c31\u50cf\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7121\u80fd\u70ba\u529b\u7684\u56da\u72af\u4e00\u6a23\u88ab\u97ad\u6253\u8457\uff0c\u53ea\u6703\u8b93\u81ea\u5df1\u50b7\u5f97\u66f4\u91cd\uff0c\u66f4\u7121\u529b\u53bb\u9762\u5c0d\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002\u9019\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u5371\u96aa\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6642\u7684\u4f60\u60f3\u8981\u9003\u907f\uff0c\u4f46\u9003\u907f\u904e\u5f8c\u53c8\u6703\u56b4\u91cd\u6279\u5224\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u4f46\u88ab\u6279\u5224\u5f8c\u53c8\u66f4\u60f3\u8981\u9003\u907f\uff0c\u9677\u5165\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u60e1\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u4e2d\u3002\u800c\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u89e3\u85e5\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u540c\u60c5\u300d\uff08Self-compassion\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u770b\u5230\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u540c\u60c5\u300d\u9019\u56db\u500b\u5b57\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u99ac\u4e0a\u6703\u806f\u60f3\u81ea\u6028\u81ea\u827e\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u4eba\u7d93\u5e38\u6703\u88ab\u4eba\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u793e\u6703\u4e0a\u7684\u5ee2\u7269\uff0c\u600e\u9ebc\u6703\u8aaa\u5b83\u662f\u89e3\u85e5\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u540c\u60c5\u81ea\u5df1\u4e26\u4e0d\u53ef\u6065<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u7576\u6182\u9b31\uff08depression\uff09\u548c\u81ea\u6211\u53ad\u60e1\uff08Self-hated\uff09\u9019\u5169\u500b\u60e1\u9b54\u5728\u4fb5\u8755\u8457\u4f60\u5167\u5fc3\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u5821\u58d8\uff0c\u81ea\u52a9\uff08self-care\uff09\u5c31\u662f\u80fd\u91cd\u5efa\u5821\u58d8\u7684\u5929\u4f7f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u6e34\u671b\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u524d\u9032\u52d5\u529b\u53c8\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u90a3\u4f60\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u9ad4\u8a8d\u7684\u300c\u81ea\u52a9\u300d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5b78\u6703\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u540c\u60c5\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u540c\u60c5\u300d\u8981\u600e\u9ebc\u5177\u9ad4\u5728\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u5be6\u884c\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9a\u671f\u4f86\u4e00\u5834\u5341\u4e94\u5206\u9418\u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u51a5\u60f3\u548c\u6c89\u601d\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u5728\u5e8a\u4e0a\u9084\u662f\u6ce1\u5728\u6d74\u7f38\u4e2d\u90fd\u884c\uff0c\u628a\u4f60\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8ca0\u9762\u6279\u8a55\u597d\u597d\u6aa2\u8996\u4e00\u756a\u3002\u7528\u4e00\u7a2e\u6eab\u67d4\u7684\u773c\u5149\u770b\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u632b\u6298\u548c\u5931\u6557\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u500b\u5abd\u5abd\u5728\u5b89\u6170\u8dcc\u5012\u5f8c\u54ed\u9b27\u7684\u5c0f\u5b69\u4e00\u6a23\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>\u6b65\u9a5f\u4e00\uff1a\u6aa2\u8996\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5931\u6557\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u5408\u60c5\u5408\u7406\u7684<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6211\u5011\u8ffd\u6c42\u6210\u529f\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u5fd8\u4e86\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u8a2d\u4e0b\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u5230\u5e95\u6709\u591a\u56f0\u96e3\u3002\u81ea\u6211\u540c\u60c5\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u8a8d\u77e5\u5230\u4e26\u975e\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5931\u6557\u90fd\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u5f88\u721b\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u5c0d\u65bc\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u81ea\u5df1\u4f86\u8aaa\u662f\u6709\u4e9b\u9ad8\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #800000;\"><strong>\u6b65\u9a5f\u4e8c\uff1a\u7406\u89e3\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u4e0d\u5b8c\u7f8e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u80cc\u666f\u548c\u7d93\u9a57\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u4e9b\u56f0\u5883\u662f\u4ed6\u4eba\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u6642\u4e0d\u7406\u667a\u3001\u6211\u5011\u6709\u6642\u7121\u80fd\u70ba\u529b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u6642\u662f\u7d93\u9a57\u4e0d\u8db3\u9084\u4e0d\u64c5\u8655\u7406\u773c\u524d\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u90fd\u662f\u9019\u6a23\u3002\u9019\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7684\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u5168\u7136\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u932f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>\u6b65\u9a5f\u4e09\uff1a\u5ba2\u89c0\u770b\u5f85\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u8eab\u908a\u7684\u4eba<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u770b\u65b0\u805e\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u89ba\u5f97\u90a3\u4e9b\u660e\u661f\u6216\u6210\u529f\u4f01\u696d\u5bb6\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u5149\u9bae\u4eae\u9e97\uff1b\u6ed1\u8457 Facebook \u6216 Instagram \u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53c8\u6703\u89ba\u5f97\u670b\u53cb\u751f\u6d3b\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u7684\u5145\u8db3\u3002\u9813\u6642\u4f60\u6703\u89ba\u5f97\u53ea\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u9019\u9ebc\u6158\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u90fd\u904e\u5f97\u5f88\u597d\u3002\u4f46\u4f60\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u5a92\u9ad4\u50be\u5411\u628a\u597d\u7684\u90a3\u4e00\u9762\u653e\u5927\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u9019\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u5e38\u614b\u3002\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u4eba\u90fd\u8ddf\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u6a23\u904e\u8457\u5e73\u51e1\u53c8\u5e36\u9ede\u5c0f\u6210\u529f\u3001\u5c0f\u5931\u6557\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u3002\u7121\u9808\u70ba\u4e86\u90a3\u5c11\u6578\u7684\u6210\u529f\u800c\u6298\u78e8\u81ea\u5df1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #800000;\"><strong>\u6b65\u9a5f\u4e94\uff1a\u91cd\u65b0\u6aa2\u8996\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u50f9\u503c\u300d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u6703\u628a\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u50f9\u503c\u300d\u7b49\u540c\u65bc\u4eba\u751f\u5730\u4f4d\u3001\u6b0a\u529b\u548c\u7269\u8cea\u4e0a\u7684\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u4f46\u90a3\u53ea\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u8eab\u908a\u771f\u6b63\u611b\u4f60\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u5916\u5728\u689d\u4ef6\u800c\u611b\u4f60\u3002\u7576\u4f60\u5fd8\u8a18\u4e86\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u591a\u591a\u611f\u53d7\u4ed6\u5011\u5584\u610f\u7684\u8a00\u8a9e\u548c\u611b\u7684\u80a2\u9ad4\u63a5\u89f8\uff0c\u4f60\u6703\u767c\u73fe\u4f60\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u624d\u4e0d\u662f\u91d1\u9322\u5730\u4f4d\u9019\u9ebc\u7c21\u55ae\u800c\u5df2\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
