撥開 AI 轉型迷霧:產、官、學專家攜手對談,台灣企業該如何接招? Reimagine Taiwan:How Could Taiwan’s Enterprises Deploy AI?

全球已進入 5GAI、雲端及物聯網交織的時代,科技創新已成為經濟成長和國家進步的動力。人工智慧掀動的數位轉型,正在改變全球的產業發展。

Technological innovation has become the main driving force for economic growth and national progress. The world is entering the era of 5G, AI, cloud, and IoT. In particular, AI plays an indispensable role in triggering the industries’ digital transformation, which is changing the global industrial development.

為加速台灣產業數位化,經濟部工業局推動「AI 智慧應用新世代人才培育計畫」,期望協助企業內部達成發展 AI 的共識與 AI 人才培育,並透過五支線上影音節目說明 AI 佈局的重要性。

The Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA promotes the “AI New Generation Talent Training Programin order to accelerate the digitization of Taiwan’s industries. By doing so, it hopes to help enterprises reach the consensus on the development of AI and the cultivation of AI talents. Specifically,  the importance of AI deployment is elaborated through the following five online audiovisual programs.

The Winning Strategy for Supply Chain Transformation 

在第一集節目上,全球市佔率約 12% 的台灣 IC 通路代理商的大聯大,分享其將供應鏈數位化的成功案例。

WPG Holdings, one of Taiwan’s IC distributors, which has a global market share of about 12%, shares its successful case of digitizing the supply chain in this episode.



Frank Yeh, the CEO of WPG Holdings, emphasizes that the process of digital transformation will inevitably lead to the change of supply chain management. He also mentions that this process must not just focus on efficiency, but the needs of “customers” so that enterprises can find a win-win business model.

相較於傳統供應鏈 B2B2C 模式,「數位供應鏈」直接鏈結了終端用戶的需求。當大量資訊即時串流,將對產線決策帶來深遠影響。

Compared with the traditional supply chain B2B2C model, The “digital supply chain” directly links the needs of end-users. The decision of production line has therefore become more complicated when a large amount of information is streamed.

談及數位轉型的 AI 人才要如何培育,另一位節目嘉賓台灣微軟合作夥伴暨商務事業群總經理林劍福認為,微軟的角度是開發更多能輕易上手的工具,協助更多人接觸 AI,像是 Power BI 平台就是一個很好的例子。

On the topic of cultivating AI talents for digital transformation, another guest in this program, Alvin Lin, the general manager of Microsoft Taiwan’s partner and business group, says that Microsoft has developed several easy-to-use tools to help more people get started with AI. The Power BI platform is exactly a good example.

During the second episode, we invite experts from PwC, Microsoft, Cleanaway, and Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance. They discuss the mindset and the actions that business leaders should have in current global green trends.


主持人在節目開場提及,歐盟自 2019 年宣布「綠色新政」後,全球供應鏈吹起綠色轉型的風潮,企業若要永續經營,便必須由上而下思考綠色減碳與自身營運、上下游供應鏈的關聯。

At the beginning of the episode, the host mentions that companies all over the world have undergone a series of supply chain transformation after the EU announced the “Green New Deal” in 2019. It is believed that a sustainable company must think about the relationship between carbon reduction and its operations including upstream/downstream supply chains.

One of the guests, Vincent Shih, the general manager of Microsoft Taiwan’s legal affairs department points out that Microsoft, as a leading multinational technology enterprise, has set a goal of achieving negative carbon emissions by 2030 and expects to neutralize its carbon footprint by 2050. As for core artificial intelligence talents, he offers the programs in Microsoft Imagine Academy(including free courses, testing and certification), AI Infinity, and the AI ​​College of Commerce in cooperation with NCCU.

EP3:用高瞻 AI 數據視野打造未來企業Building Future Enterprises with AI

AI 驅動的數位轉型也帶動起產業經濟的高度變化。在第三集節目中,資策會嘉賓—數位教育研究所葉宗翰主任認為,企業轉型的過程,培育具備產業知識與數位科技的跨領域人才刻不容緩。

The digital transformation driven by AI also brings out changes in the industrial economy. In the third episode, one of the guests, David Yeh, the director from Digital Talent Cultivation Center, III, thinks that, when it comes to enterprises’ transformation, it is imperative to cultivate cross-disciplinary talents with industrial knowledge and digital capabilities. 


另一位節目嘉賓,華碩全球副總裁暨 AICS 負責人黃泰一則說明華碩推動 AI 計畫的原因,他解釋,台灣過去 10 年沒有趕上網路的發展,因此數據相對少,導致訓練 AI 較困難,因此華碩近幾年積極部署 AI 人才培育,期望藉此提升台灣人才的競爭力。

Another guest in this episode, Taiyi Huang, ASUS Global Vice President and Head of AICS, explains the reasons for ASUS’s AI plan. He indicates that Taiwan was one step behind the growth of the Internet in the past 10 years, thus, it is comparatively hard for Taiwan to develop AI-related industries. However, ASUS has recently been actively deploying AI talent cultivation, hoping to enhance the competitiveness of Taiwanese talents.

台灣微軟物聯網卓越中心副總經理李啟後則在節目中提及微軟「賦能給員工」的願景,他指出,當每家企業都在討論 AI,關鍵點就在於培養 AI 領導學,因此微軟內部也透過獎勵、課程來培養員工的專業技能。

At the end of the episode, Daniel Li, the deputy general manager of Taiwan’s Microsoft IoT Center of Excellence, points out Microsoft has developed a series of reward systems, training programs, and online learning courses to train employees’ professional skills. By mentioning Microsoft’s vision of “empowering employees,” he believes that cultivating leading AI leadership is the key for enterprises to stand out.

在這集節目中,台灣微軟 Microsoft 365 事業群副總經理陳慧蓉提及,COVID-19 已加速了遠端工作的成型,因此如何提升員工的數位生產力便是一項重要的指標,而善用科技(例如導入 Microsoft Teams)就能提升開會效率、節省不必要的出差需求。

During the episode, one of the guests, Flora Chen, the deputy general manager of Microsoft 365 business group in Taiwan, insists that improving employees’ digital productivity has become a significant indicator. As we transition from work in the office to work from home during COVID-19, she notices that by applying digital tools, for instance, by deploying the software Microsoft Teams, employees can save more time such as reducing unnecessary business travels, making off-site conferences. 

至於如何透過 AI 強化一個企業人才管理、發展的可能性?另一位節目嘉賓,鼎恒數位科技執行長簡士評表示,在人力資源領域,從挑履歷、面試到培訓,許多重複性的工作都能透過 AI 來達成,協助提升企業求才的效率。

How does AI strengthen a company’s talent management? Another guest in this episode, Jian Shiping, the CEO of Mayo Human Capital, considers that AI can handle mundane and repetitive tasks. In terms of human resources management, by using AI tools, employers can improve the efficiency of job recruiting processes, such as reviewing resumes, doing interviews, and offering training. Overall, AI can be applied in many different ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

During the last episode, representatives from Deloitte Taiwan, Intumit, and Taiwan’s Microsoft Public and Legal Affairs Department are invited to discuss topics on digital finance such as service innovation processes, data governance, and compliance operations.



The digital transformation of the global industry is driving a radical structural transition in the world’s economies. With the rapid development of the financial sector, the “new era of finance” has arrived. It is a huge opportunity for everyone; however, how to handle the opening and the sharing of data is also a challenge.

未來的數位金融人才需要具備什麼能力?節目嘉賓—碩網資訊總經理邱仁鈿認為是「跨領域能力」。他認為,台灣有很多學校都有提供相關的課程,也有很多數位工具如微軟的 Powerplatform 平台、Teams 等,這些都將學習 IT 技術的門檻降低,有助於激發人才的創造力。

With the digital transformation well underway, there is a need to rethink talent. One of the guests, JD Qiu, the general manager of Intumit, says, what we need is ‘‘cross-disciplinary ability.’’ In order to overcome the technology barriers, “You can take advantage of AI-related courses in many Taiwan schools,” Qui says. Digital tools such as Microsoft’s Powerplatform and Teams are also very helpful. In general, finding the right materials can be fundamental to stimulate talents’ creativity.
