本論壇將由經濟部中小企業處何晉滄處長與印度台北協會 Mr. Gourangalal Das 會長，共同宣示對臺印度中小企業合作的政策資源支持，並由工研院產科國際所蘇孟宗所長主持綜合座談，邀請印度 IT 大廠 Tata Consultancy Services 臺灣區總經理 Karthi Madhavan、Tech Mahindra 臺灣區總經理 Ashwin Pershad，以及臺灣中小企業智慧生醫代表威捷生物醫學創辦人暨執行長林裕森博士、智慧生活生態系代表勝泰衛材潘進吉董事長，交流分享智慧競爭力、創新商機與國際布局。臺印度產官研重量級代表共聚一堂，無限商機可期！
India is the superpower of IT and automobile industry, having best talents and rapidly growing huge market. Taiwan is the hi-tech world power having the supreme leading IC and optoelectronic technologies and the most competitive industry clusters. India and Taiwan are win-win hi-tech partners in enhancing smart industry competitiveness and expanding worldwide business of smart manufacturing, healthcare, living, and mobility.
To strengthen the partnership between India and Taiwan industry, India-Taipei Association and Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs jointly organize the Taiwan-India SME Cooperation Forum. It is a great platform to engage Taiwan SME innovative solutions with India IT and automobile clusters for creating bilateral industries’ sustainable growth momentum.
The forum arranges top executives to share smart competitiveness, innovative business opportunities, and international configuration. They are from two Indian IT multinationals, Tata Consultancy Services and Tech Mahindra, one Taiwan smart medical SME WellGen Medical, and one Taiwan SEM JUSTIME & Sheng Tai Brassware. The Vice President and General Director of the largest research institute in Taiwan, ITRI, will host their sharing and discussion. What’s more, more than 40 Taiwan enterprises, willing to invest in India, had registered to attend the forum.

蘇所長現任工研院產業科技國際策略發展所所長，單位主要任務為專業產業智庫及推動國際研發合作。在加入工研院前，長期於資通訊大廠及國際知名企管顧問公司服務，具豐富的製造業、國際企業管理顧問服務經驗。熟稔電子資通訊及健康照護等產業，對於台灣產業發展策略及服務型應用生態體系之導入有精闢之見解。
目前兼任台灣雲端運算物聯網產業協會（CCAT）政策法制委員會主任委員及行政院主計總處普查評審會委員，並曾任台灣亞太產業分析專業協進會（APIAA）理事長，積極從事我國資通訊產業整體發展與標準之推動，以及顧問服務業人才之發展與能量之提升。 曾擔任工研院產經中心（IEK）主任、德國羅蘭貝格諮詢管理顧問（Roland Berger Strategy Consultants）執行總監、美國波士頓企管顧問公司（Boston Consulting Group, BCG）經理、台灣致伸科技（Primax）資深協理、及美國摩托羅拉（Motorola）半導體部門工程師。美國柏克萊大學電機與電腦學士，美國西北大學Kellogg 商學院工商管理與美國加州理工學院電子雙碩士。
Stephen Su is currently the Vice President and General Director of Industry, Science and Technology International Strategy Center (ISTI) at Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in Taiwan. He is in charge of market research in industry economic and technology trends and promotion for international R&D collaboration. Prior to that, he was the General Director of Industrial Economic and Knowledge Center (IEK) at ITRI, a Principal in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants based in Shanghai, a Senior Director in charge of mobile phone accessory business division for Primax Electronics in Taipei, a Project Leader in Boston Consulting Group (BCG) based in Hong Kong, and an Applications Engineer in the Semiconductor Group of Motorola based in Phoenix. His professional specialties include Strategy, Performance Improvement, Organization Change Management, Reengineering, and Marketing. Stephen received BSc in Electronic/Computer Engineering from UC Berkeley, MSc in Electronics from California Institute of Technology, and MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Karthi Madhavan 先生目前擔任台灣塔塔諮詢服務公司台灣區總經理，擅長國際業務，超過 24 年的豐富工作經驗。過去服務於不同地區的資訊與服務部門，負責國際業務、營運規劃管理、人力管理與訓練等。馬凱薩總經理曾在 Asian Paints Ltd 工作 4 年，並曾在 MobiApps（Arthur D‘Little Company）擔任資深經理。主要業務在印度，歐洲和東南亞的無線領域產品開發與新產品上市。
Karthi Madhavan is presently the Country Head of Tata Consultancy Services, Taiwan, ROC. He has over 24 years of experience in Business Operations Management and Growth, Delivery Unit Management, People Management and Coaching and International Business in IT and Services Sector across various geographies. Karthi has held several key roles and portfolios in his career. Before joining the Tata Group, Karthi had a very enjoyable and a learning sales stint of 4 years in Asian Paints Ltd, after which he went on to work as a Senior Manager in MobiApps, An Arthur D’ Little Company. His special focus was on Product Development and New product launches in Telematics and Wireless Technologies across India, Europe and South East Asia.

威捷生物醫學股份有限公司創辦人暨執行長林裕森博士，曾任國立高雄師範大學教授。美國匹茲堡大學工學院訪問教授、醫學院研究助理教授。成功大學學士、美國匹茲堡大學工程博士、企管碩士，擁有超過 20 年感染控制、疾病分析與預測、醫療器材設計與行銷等教學及研究經驗。威捷生物醫學專注於自動化顯微鏡與雲端辨識檢測，針對癌症與肺結核提出軟體與硬體的整合方案。
Dr. Eason Lin is the founder of Wellgen Medical. He was a research assistant professor at Division of Infectious Disease, Department of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh (2000 ~ 2001), and a visiting professor at University of Pittsburgh (2013 ~ 2016), and professor at National Kaohsiung Normal University (2001 ~ 2018). His professional expertise is in the area of hospital-acquired infections control, design and marketing of medical devices, and big data application in medicine. Wellgen Medical is a startup focusing on automatic microscopic platform and AI recognition and cloud computing for cancers and tuberculosis worldwide.

梁兆鈞博士現任工研院產科國際所業務副總監，曾參與工研院微系統技術與顯示系統研發計畫，12 年研發資歷共產出23案專利、17 篇期刊論文以及 80 篇會議論文，並與研發團隊同獲 2011 年 R&D 100 全球百大創新獎以及 2010/2011 年華爾街日報科技創新獎。梁博士現聚焦推動臺灣產業國際創新合作，同時研究產業技術前瞻趨勢，成功引進 5G、未來工廠、先進醫材等國際創新能量，為產業創造新興價值並提升國際競爭力。
Dr. Chao-Chiun Liang currently works for Industry, Science and Technology International Strategy Center (ISTI), Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) as a deputy business director. Dr. Liang had joined ITRI’s MEMS technology and display system R&D projects for 12 years. His research achievements includes 17 journal papers, 80 conference papers, 23 patents, 2011 R&D 100 award, and 2010/2011 Wall Street Journal Technology Innovation awards. Presently, Dr. Liang promotes innovative international cooperation for Taiwan industry and conducts research on industrial technology foresight. For creating new values and enhancing competitiveness, Dr. Liang had successfully engaged Taiwan industry with international innovation such as 5G, Factories of the Future (FoF), and advanced medical devices.
