style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u751c\u751c\u5708\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u662f\u725b\u6d25\u5927\u5b78\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u5bb6\u51f1\u7279\uff0e\u62c9\u6c83\u65af\uff08Kate Raworth\uff09\u65bc 2012 \u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u73fe\u4ee3\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u9858\u666f\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u70ba\u5730\u7403\u5275\u9020\u4e00\u500b\u7e41\u69ae\u7684\u672a\u4f86\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6eff\u8db3\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span Development Goals, SDGs\uff09\uff0c\u7bc4\u570d\u5f9e\u98df\u7269\u548c\u4e7e\u6de8\u98f2\u7528\u6c34\u5230\u4e00\u5b9a\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u4f4f\u623f\u3001\u885b\u751f\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u3001\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u3001\u6536\u5165\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u767c\u8a00\u6b0a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u751c\u751c\u5708\u7684\u5916\u5708\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u5730\u7403\u7cfb\u7d71\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u7e6a\u88fd\u7684\u751f\u614b\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u3002\u5b83\u5f37\u8abf\u4eba\u985e\u4e0d\u61c9\u8de8\u8d8a\u7684\u754c\u9650\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u7834\u58de\u6c23\u5019\u3001\u571f\u58e4\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u3001\u81ed\u6c27\u5c64\u3001\u6de1\u6c34\u548c\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6a23\u6027\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u5169\u500b\u5708\u4e4b\u9593\u662f\u751c\u751c\u5708\u9eb5\u5718\uff0c\u800c\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u5730\u7403\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u90fd\u5728\u9019\u88e1\u5f97\u5230\u6eff\u8db3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u62c9\u6c83\u65af\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u50b3\u7d71\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u6b63\u5728\u627c\u6bba\u5730\u7403\uff0c\u62da\u7d93\u6fdf\u8b93\u4eba\u985e\u58fd\u547d\u5ef6\u9577\u3001\u5c45\u4f4f\u74b0\u5883\u8b8a\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u6c23\u5019\u8b8a\u9077\u3001\u8ca7\u7aae\u554f\u984c\u6beb\u7121\u5c0d\u7b56\u3002<\/span><b>\u4eba\u985e\u4e0d\u8a72\u518d\u8ffd\u6c42\u4e0d\u65b7\u589e\u9577\u7684 GDP\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u63a2\u7d22\u8207\u5730\u7403\u5e73\u8861\u4e14\u7e41\u69ae\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u64c1\u62b1\u751c\u751c\u5708\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u7684\u57ce\u5e02<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u65e9\u5728 2015 \u5e74\uff0c\u963f\u59c6\u65af\u7279\u4e39\u6210\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u8a72\u6a21\u578b\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u5c64\u9762\u6f5b\u529b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u8a72\u5e02\u6839\u64da\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5f9e\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u7da0\u8272\u7a7a\u9593\u5230\u5efa\u7acb\u6c38\u7e8c\u7ce7\u98df\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6d88\u8cbb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<div \u7684\u96fb\u529b\u4f86\u81ea\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11 50%\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u66f4\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u589e\u52a0\u516c\u5712\u6578\u91cf\u548c\u958b\u767c\u7528\u65bc\u7dad\u4fee\u548c\u91cd\u65b0\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span \u5faa\u74b0\u6230\u7565\u300d\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u516c\u6c11\u5275\u9020\u4e00\u500b\u7e41\u69ae\u3001\u518d\u751f\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5c0a\u91cd\u5730\u7403\u908a\u754c\u3002\u7576\u6642\u6b63\u503c Covid-19 \u5927\u6d41\u884c\uff0c\u800c<\/span><b>\u9019\u5834\u75ab\u60c5\u4e5f\u5e6b\u52a9\u8a31\u591a\u57ce\u5e02\u5c45\u6c11\u610f\u8b58\u5230\uff0c\u6839\u672c\u6027\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u65e9\u5c31\u61c9\u8a72\u767c\u751f\u4e86\u3002<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u963f\u59c6\u65af\u7279\u4e39\u8ca0\u8cac\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u526f\u5e02\u9577 Marieke van Doorninck
