href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/country\/haiti\/overview\">\u4e16\u754c\u9280\u884c<\/a>\uff0c\u6d77\u5730\u7684\u4eba\u5747 GDP \u662f 1,149 \u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u5247\u9810\u4f30\u5728\u4eca\u5e74\u9996\u6b21\u7a81\u7834 3 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u4ee5\u8861\u91cf\u5404\u570b\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u767c\u5c55\u6307\u6578\uff08Human Development \u540d\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u548c\u52a0\u52d2\u6bd4\u6d77\u5340\u57df\u6700\u8ca7\u7aae\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6d77\u5730\u7684\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75ab\u60c5\u8f03\u8f15\u5fae<\/h2>\n<p>\u800c\u9019\u6a23\u8ca7\u7aae\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u6b7b\u65bc\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u537b\u4e0d\u591a\u3002\u81f3 5 \u6708 5 \u865f\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u6709 57 \u842c\u500b\u65b0\u51a0\u6b7b\u4ea1\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u6d77\u5730\u53ea\u6709 257 \u500b\uff1b\u7f8e\u570b\u6bcf 1 \u767e\u842c\u4eba\u6709 1,800 \u4eba\u6b7b\u65bc\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\uff0c\u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u67d0\u4e9b\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u9ad8\u9054 3 \u5343\u4eba\uff0c\u6d77\u5730\u5247\u53ea\u6709 20 \u5e7e\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u6709\u4f5b\u5947\uff08Anthony Fauci\uff09\u9818\u5c0e\u9632\u75ab\uff0c\u6d77\u5730\u5247\u662f\u7531 74 \u6b72\u7684\u6d3e\u4f69\uff08Jean &#8220;Bill&#8221; Pape\uff09\u6559\u6388\u9818\u8ecd\u3002\u64da\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/goatsandsoda\/2021\/05\/04\/992544022\/one-of-the-worlds-poorest-countries-has-one-of-the-worlds-lowest-covid-death-rat\">NPR<\/a>\u300b\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u6d3e\u4f69\u70ba\u7576\u5730\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\uff08\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u611b\u6ecb\u75c5\uff09\u9632\u6cbb\u4e2d\u5fc3 GUESKIO \u7684\u57f7\u884c\u9577\uff0c\u4ed6\u88ab\u653f\u5e9c\u6388\u4e88\u9632\u6cbb\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u91cd\u4efb\uff0c\u4f46\u9632\u6cbb\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u65b0\u51a0\u90e8\u9580\u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u79cb\u5929\u95dc\u9589\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u592a\u5c11\u75c5\u4eba\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d77\u5730\u4e26\u975e\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u662f\u75ab\u60c5\u4e0b\u7684\u5e78\u904b\u5152\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74 6 \u6708\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u4eba\u53e3 1 \u5343 1 \u767e\u842c\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u88ab\u7b2c 1 \u6ce2\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u8972\u64ca\uff0c\u91ab\u9662\u88ab\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u60a3\u585e\u6eff\u3002\u73fe\u5728\uff0c\u6d77\u5730\u6bcf\u5929\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u4eba\u6578\u8ddf\u53f0\u7063\u5dee\u4e0d\u591a\uff0c\u6709\u6642 0 \u500b\uff0c\u6709\u6642 2 \u500b\uff0c\u6700\u591a 20 \u500b\uff0c\u300c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u70ba\u6703\u6709\u7b2c 2 \u6ce2\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u4f46\u4e26\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u300d\u6d3e\u4f69\u8868\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/goatsandsoda\/2021\/05\/04\/992544022\/one-of-the-worlds-poorest-countries-has-one-of-the-worlds-lowest-covid-death-rat\">NPR<\/a>\u300b\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u6d77\u5730\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u4eba\u5df2\u7d93\u4e0d\u5728\u516c\u5171\u5834\u5408\u5e36\u53e3\u7f69\uff0c\u516c\u8eca\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u90fd\u6703\u64e0\u6eff\u4eba\uff0c2 \u6708\u7684\u6d77\u908a\u796d\u5178\u6709\u6578\u4ee5\u5343\u8a08\u7684\u4eba\u53c3\u52a0 \u3002\u800c\u6d77\u5730\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u672a\u65bd\u6253\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u82d7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d77\u5730\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\u72c0\u6cc1\u4e4b\u597d\uff0c\u7576 4 \u6708\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u9818\u5c0e\u7684\u75ab\u82d7\u516c\u5e73\u5206\u914d\u8a08\u756b\uff08COVAX\uff09\u8981\u7d66\u6d77\u5730 AZ \u75ab\u82d7\u6642\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u56de\u7d55\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53c3\u8207\u6d77\u5730\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u8aee\u8a62\u5718\u968a\u7684\u9ad8\u8482\u723e\u6559\u6388\uff08Jacqueline Gautier\uff09\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6d77\u5730\u4eba\u807d\u805e\u6b50\u6d32\u7684 AZ 23 \u6b72\u7684\u6d77\u5730\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u62b5\u79a6\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u7d50\u69cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74\u590f\u5929\u75ab\u60c5\u7206\u767c\u6642\uff0c\u6d77\u5730\u53ea\u6709 2
