\u7684\u5916\u570b\u4eba\u4e5f\u53ea\u77e5\u9053\u4e00\u500b\u4e2d\u570b\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\u4e2d\u83ef\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u570b\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u7d55\u5927\u591a\u6578\u7684\u4eba\u4e26\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u4e2d\u83ef\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u570b\u7684\u82f1\u6587\u540d\u5b57\u662f People&#8217;s Republic of China\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u53ea\u77e5\u9053China\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u5c31\u7b97\u77e5\u9053\u4e86\u6050\u6015\u4e5f\u662f\u7121\u6fdf\u65bc\u4e8b\uff1aPeople&#8217;s Republic of China \u8ddf Republic of China \u662f\u6709\u591a\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\uff1fXD\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u8b77\u7167\u4e0a\u7684\u300cTaiwan\u300d\u6210\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u6700\u5f8c\u7684\u6399\u624e<\/h2>\n<p>\u4f46\u4f60\u80fd\u602a\u9019\u4e9b\u8fa6\u4e8b\u4eba\u54e1\u55ce\uff1f\u8b77\u7167\u4e0a\u9762\u6597\u5927\u7684\u300cRepublic of China\u300d\uff0c\u4eba\u5bb6\u5c31\u6307\u8457\u9019\u5e7e\u500b\u5b57\u8aaa\u4f60\u7684\u8b77\u7167\u660e\u660e\u5beb\u7684\u5c31\u662f China\uff0c \u4f60\u9084\u4e0d\u627f\u8a8d\u4f60\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\uff1f\u4f60\u771f\u7684\u8aaa\u7834\u5634\u90fd\u662f\u5f92\u52de\u7121\u529f\u3002\uff08\u96d6\u7136\u6211\u5c0d\u963f\u6241\u5f8c\u4f86\u7684\u8af8\u822c\u8a00\u884c\u9817\u6709\u5fae\u8a5e\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u500b\u6642\u5019\u771f\u7684\u8981\u611f\u8b1d\u4ed6\u57f7\u653f\u7684\u6642\u5019\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5c07\u8b77\u7167\u52a0\u8a3b\u4e0a\u300cTaiwan\u300d\uff0c\u8d77\u78bc<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u4f60\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u6307\u8457\u4e0a\u9762\u7684 Taiwan \u505a\u6700\u5f8c\u7684\u6399\u624e<\/strong><\/span>\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u9023\u4e0a\u7db2\u8cb7\u500b\u6a5f\u7968\u8a02\u500b\u98ef\u5e97\uff0c\u8a02\u4f4d\u7db2\u9801\u4e0a\u90fd\u986f\u793a\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u4e00\u7701\uff08Province of China\uff09\u22ef\u22ef\u7576\u7136\u9019\u5f88\u591a\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u6253\u58d3\uff0c\u9019\u53c8\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u5b58\u5728\u5df2\u4e45\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8a31\u591a\u51fa\u570b\u5ff5\u66f8\uff0f\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u8a31\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u8a8d\u540c\u53f0\u7063\u8ddf\u4e2d\u570b\u662f\u5169\u500b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u7684\u82f1\u8b6f\u570b\u540d Republic of China \u4e26\u4e0d\u4ee5\u70ba\u610f\uff0c\u4f46\u51fa\u570b\u4ee5\u5f8c\u9047\u5230\u7a2e\u7a2e\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u5f8c\u624d\u9a5a\u89ba\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u591a\u9ebc\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u540d\u5b57\uff0c\u4e5f<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u56e0\u70ba\u4eba\u5728\u6d77\u5916\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u624d\u80fd\u66f4\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u4e2d\u570b\u5c0d\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u7a2e\u7a2e\u6253\u58d3\uff0c\u548c\u660e\u660e\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u653f\u5e9c\u9818\u571f\u4eba\u6c11\u548c\u4e3b\u6b0a\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5728\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u4e2d\u537b\u7121\u6cd5\u767c\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8072\u97f3\u7684\u60b2\u54c0\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063\u7121\u6cd5\u52a0\u5165\u5982 WHO \u6216\u662f ICAO \u7b49\u570b\u969b\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u5f8c\u907a\u75c7\u5728\u9019\u6b21\u6b66\u6f22\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\u4e2d\u518d\u6b21\u5145\u5206\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\uff1a\u7fa9\u5927\u5229\u548c\u8d8a\u5357\u4e4b\u524d\u505c\u98db\u53f0\u7063\u822a\u73ed\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba ICAO \u8aaa\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u7576\u4e2d\u570b\u75ab\u60c5\u5931\u63a7\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u505c\u98db\u4e2d\u570b\u822a\u73ed\u7684\u6642\u5019\u53f0\u7063\u5c31\u906d\u5230\u4e86\u6c60\u9b5a\u4e4b\u6b83\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u7063\u5340\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u5b78\u751f\u88ab\u62d2\u7d55\u8fd4\u6821\u4e0a\u8ab2\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u4e5f\u662f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\u7576\u5e74 SARS \u6d41\u884c\u6642\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u56e0\u70ba\u88ab\u6392\u9664\u5728 WHO \u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u6536\u5230\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\u901a\u5831\u3002\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u62ff\u4e0d\u5230 WHO \u967d\u6027\u7684\u6bd4\u5c0d\u6aa2\u9ad4\uff0c\u75c5\u4f8b\u751a\u81f3\u906d\u5230\u6392\u9664\u3002\uff08\u81f3\u65bc\u73fe\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7684\u4e0b\u8f44\u7d44\u7e54\u90fd\u88ab\u4e2d\u570b\u638c\u63a7\uff0c\u9019\u53c8\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u982d\u75db\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<h2>\u6d77\u5916\u53f0\u4eba\u7684\u5fc3\u9858\uff1a\u570b\u969b\u627f\u8a8d\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u570b\u5bb6<\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;I \u9019\u4e9b\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u5c31\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u9ede\u4e00\u9ede\u7684\u5f9e\u6211\u5011\u9019\u4e9b\u6d77\u5916\u53f0\u7063\u4eba\u7684\u5fc3\u4e2d\u751f\u9577\u51fa\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>I am
