style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>WHO\u958b\u59cb\u5c0d\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u7684\u547d\u540d\u6709\u610f\u898b\u662f2009\u5e74\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u90a3\u6642\u7684\u300cSwine Flu\u300dWHO\u88ab\u7f75\u5230\u81ed\u982d\uff0c\u56e0\u70baWHO\u767c\u51fa\u56b4\u91cd\u8b66\u793a\uff0c\u6703\u300c\u6578\u4ee5\u767e\u842c\u8a08\u300d\u7684\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u548c\u9019\u6b21\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u9032\u5165public health emergencies of international concern (PHEIC)\uff0c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u4e5f\u9032\u5165DORSCON\u6a59\u8272\u8b66\u6212\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u75ab\u60c5\u4e26\u6c92\u6709WHO\u8aaa\u5f97\u90a3\u9ebc\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\uff08\u5168\u7403\u78ba\u8a3a\u75c5\u4f8b\u4e00\u842c\u516b\u5343\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u672a\u78ba\u8a3a\u9810\u4f30\u4e8c\u5341\u4e94\u842c\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u4eba\u8d85\u591a\uff0c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u5176\u5be6\u6975\u4f4e\uff09\uff0c\u4f46\u904e\u5ea6\u53cd\u61c9\u537b\u9020\u6210\u7d93\u6fdf\u53d7\u5230\u5f88\u5927\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\u5f15\u8d77\u5f88\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u4e0d\u6eff\uff0c\u8acbWHO\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u7d50\u679cWHO\u81ea\u5df1\u5167\u90e8\u8abf\u67e5\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u7576\u7136\u662fWHO\u81ea\u5df1\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\uff08\u76f8\u53cd\u5730\u9019\u6b21\u75ab\u60c5WHO\u52d5\u4f5c\u8d85\u6162\uff0c\u4e00\u526f\u6b7b\u7684\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u5167\u653f\u4e0d\u662f\u570b\u969b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u3002\u786c\u8981\u6b63\u9762\u89e3\u91cb\u5c31\u662f\u5341\u5e74\u524d\u88ab\u7f75\u7206\u4e86\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9019\u6b21\u8b39\u614e\u4e00\u9ede\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<p>WHO\u7684\u5a01\u4fe1\u5f9e\u90a3\u6642\u958b\u59cb\u4fbf\u6df1\u53d7\u6253\u64ca\uff0c\u7206\u51fa\u5f88\u591a\u8caa\u8150\u919c\u805e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8207\u8de8\u570b\u85e5\u5ee0\u7d50\u76df\u5716\u5229\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5149\u662f\u82b1\u5728\u8077\u54e1\u65c5\u884c\uff08\u6a5f\u7968\u8207\u9152\u5e97\uff09\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u5c31\u5c07\u8fd1\u5169\u5104\u7f8e\u91d1\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709WHO\u9ad8\u7d1a\u8077\u54e1\u7528\u516c\u8cbb\u5e6b\u5973\u53cb\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5167\u90e8\u5404\u7a2e\u7a2e\u65cf\u548c\u6027\u5225\u6b67\u8996\u7684\u8a00\u8ad6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u653f\u6cbb\u4e0aWHO\u200b\u4e5f\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e16\u754c\u9760\u650f\uff0c2017\u5e74\u7684\u7e3d\u5e79\u4e8b\u9078\u8209\uff0c\u6539\u70ba\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u4e00\u570b\u4e00\u7968\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5c0d\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e16\u754c\u5982\u975e\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u6709\u5229\uff0c\uff08\u800c\u4e2d\u5171\u5728\u4e00\u5e36\u4e00\u8def\u548c\u975e\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u6709\u5de8\u5927\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u57c3\u585e\u4fc4\u6bd4\u4e9e\u7684\u8b5a\u5fb7\u585e\u5c31\u64ca\u6557\u4e86\u4f86\u81ea\u82f1\u570b\u8cc7\u6b77\u9060\u52dd\u65bc\u4ed6\u7684David \uff08Centers for Disease Control and Prevention\uff09\u8aaa\u4e86\u7b97\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u662fNICE \uff08National Institute of Clinical Excellence\uff09\u8aaa\u4e86\u7b97\uff0c\u5f88\u5c11\u6703\u7406\u6703\u6216\u592a\u904e\u5728\u610fWHO\u3002\u800cWHO\u800c\u591a\u6b21\u88ab\u6279\u8a55\uff0c\u5176\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u5efa\u8b70\u5e38\u8207Cochrane Review\u7684meta analysis\u7d50\u679c\u4e0d\u7b26\uff0c\u56e0\u70baCochrane Review\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u662f\u6578\u4ee5\u5343\u8a08\u7684\u5b78\u8005\u5c08\u5bb6\u6240\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7368\u7acb\u7814\u7a76\u7e3d\u7d50\u800c\u6210\uff0c\uff08\u7b49\u65bc\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5b78\u8853\u4e0a\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u5dff\u5834\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u7d50\u679c\u66f4\u6709\u516c\u4fe1\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u96e3\u88ab\u64cd\u63a7\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>WHO\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u547d\u540d\u8b93\u300c\u75c5\u6bd2\u8b8a\u860b\u679c\u624b\u6a5f\u300d<\/h2>\n<p>\u56de\u4f86\u8ac7\u50b3\u67d3\u75c5\u547d\u540d\u30022013\u5e745\u670815\u65e5\uff0c\u5728International Committee on Taxonomy of Virueses\u62cd\u7248\u6c7a\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528MERS-CoV\u9019\u500b\u540d\u5b57\u5f8c\uff0c\uff08Middle East Respiratory Syndrome
