rel=\"noopener\">\u81fa\u7063\u5730\u5340\u8207\u5927\u9678\u5730\u5340\u4eba\u6c11\u95dc\u4fc2\u689d\u4f8b<\/a>\u300b\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u61c9\u4e88\u4ee5\u4e0b\u67b6\uff0c\u9019\u9053\u7981\u4ee4\uff0c\u903c\u5f97\u4e2d\u570bOTT\u54c1\u724c\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u6b50\u92bb\u92bb\u5a1b\u6a02\u8463\u4e8b\u9577\u8303\u7acb\u9054\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u6295\u66f8\u5a92\u9ad4\u8cea\u554f\u653f\u5e9c<strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u300c\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u5426\u771f\u7684\u5bb9\u4e0d\u4e0b\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u300d\uff1f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u5230\u5e95\u7919\u5230\u8ab0\uff1f\u9678\u59d4\u6703\uff1a\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0b\u300c\u6307\u793a\u300d\u8f38\u53f0<\/h2>\n<p>\u8003\u91cf\u5230\u5169\u5cb8\u60c5\u52e2\u8207\u570b\u5bb6\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678 OTT \u5e73\u53f0\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u5728 2016 \u5e74\u7533\u8acb\u4f86\u53f0\u8a2d\u7acb\u516c\u53f8\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u66fe\u906d\u5230\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u6295\u5be9\u6703\u99c1\u56de\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u8a72\u5e73\u53f0\u4ee5<strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u53e6\u5916\u67b6\u8a2d\u300c\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u53f0\u7063\u7ad9\u300d<\/span><\/strong>\uff0c\u7531\u53f0\u7063\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u300c\u6b50\u92bb\u92bb\u300d\u4ee3\u70ba\u7d93\u71df\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u7e5e\u9053\u767b\u53f0\uff1b\u5c31\u662f\u9019\u500b\u7e5e\u9053\u767b\u53f0\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u81f3\u4eca\u722d\u8b70\u4e0d\u65b7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9678\u59d4\u6703\u53bb\u5e74\u5c31\u66fe<a href=\"https:\/\/buzzorange.com\/2019\/03\/15\/why-china-ott-want-to-come-to-taiwan\/\">\u8868\u660e<\/a>\uff0c\u660e\u78ba\u638c\u63e1\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u570b\u5bb6\u65b0\u805e\u51fa\u7248\u5ee3\u96fb\u7e3d\u5c40\u4e0b\u9054\u7684\u6230\u7565\u6307\u793a\uff0c<strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u4e2d\u5171\u8981\u6c42\u5927\u9678 OTT \u696d\u8005\u5fc5\u9808\u5c0d\u6d77\u5916\u5e02\u5834\u8f38\u51fa\uff0c\u4e14\u7b2c\u4e00\u7ad9\u5c31\u662f\u53f0\u7063\uff0c<\/span><\/strong>\u56e0\u6b64\u653f\u5e9c\u4e26\u672a\u958b\u653e\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u5f71\u97f3\u4e32\u6d41\u5e73\u53f0\u843d\u5730\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u9ede\u51fa\uff0c<strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u53f0\u7063\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u4f46\u7121\u6cd5\u5f9e\u9019\u4e9b\u5e73\u53f0\u6536\u5230\u7a05\u6b3e\uff0c\u9084\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u53f0\u7063\u6587\u5316\u7522\u696d\u7121\u6cd5\u5c0d\u7b49\u767b\u4e0a\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u7bc0\u76ee\u5167\u5bb9\u66f4\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u7d71\u6230\u610f\u8b58\u5f62\u614b\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u7d93\u71df\u5230\u5e95\u80fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f80\u4e0b\u8d70\uff0c\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dcNCC\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u626e\u6f14\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u65b0\u4efbNCC\u59d4\u54e1\u4e0a\u53f0\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u52d5\u4f5c\u5c31\u662f\u8655\u7406\u4e2d\u570b\u4e32\u6d41\u5e73\u53f0\u4e8b\u5b9c\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u53ea\u611b\u5947\u85dd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u300c\u9a30\u8a0aWeTV\u300d\u7b49\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e5f\u88ab<strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u5f37\u5236\u4e0b\u67b6\u5ee3\u544a<\/span><\/strong>\u3002NCC \u4e5f\u9810\u8a08\u65bc 7 \u6708\u63a8\u51fa OTT \u5c08\u6cd5\u8349\u6848\uff0c\u5c08\u9580\u8655\u7406\u5e73\u53f0\u722d\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u53f0\u7063\u7d93\u92b7\u5546\u7a31\u300c\u6709\u8aa4\u89e3\u300d\uff0c\u5f37\u8abf\u53f0\u7063\u7ad9\u6c92\u6709\u653f\u8ad6\u7bc0\u76ee<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u5728\u53f0\u7d93\u92b7\u5546\uff0c\u6b50\u92bb\u92bb\u5a1b\u6a02\u8463\u4e8b\u9577\u8303\u7acb\u9054<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bnext.com.tw\/article\/57735\/china-ott-issue\">\u64b0\u6587<\/a>\u7a31\u793e\u6703\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u300c\u6709\u8aa4\u89e3\u300d\u3002\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff0c\u611b\u5947\u85dd\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u8de8\u570b\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u65e9\u5c31\u57282018\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u639b\u724c\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u7528\u50b3\u7d71\u9678\u8cc7\u516c\u53f8\u4f86\u8a55\u65b7\u611b\u5947\u85dd\uff0c\u4e0d\u5920\u5168\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u91dd\u5c0d\u653f\u5e9c\u6307\u51fa\u5e73\u53f0\u6703\u6709\u7a05\u6536\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u8303\u7acb\u9054\u8868\u793a\u7531\u516c\u53f8\u552e\u51fa\u53bb\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u7b46\u6703\u54e1\u8a02\u55ae\uff0c<strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u90fd\u6703\u958b\u7acb\u767c\u7968\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u4e5f\u8aa0\u5be6\u7684\u7e73\u7a05<\/span><\/strong>\uff1b\u81f3\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u5f71\u8996\u7bc0\u76ee\u80fd\u5426\u4e0a\u67b6\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4ed6\u62ff\u51fa\u6587\u5316\u90e8\u6578\u64da\u5f37\u8abf\uff0c<strong><span OTT \u5c08\u6cd5\u6642\uff0c\u8981\u660e\u5217\u4fdd\u8b77\u53f0\u7063\u5f71\u8996\u7522\u696d\u7684\u689d\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u904e\u6642\u7684\u300a\u96fb\u4fe1\u6cd5\u300b\u8ddf\u4e0d\u4e0a\u7db2\u8def\u8b8a\u9077<\/h2>\n<p>NCC \u9810\u8a08\u57287\u6708\u63a8\u51fa\u300a\u7db2\u969b\u7db2\u8def\u8996\u807d\u670d\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b\u8349\u6848\uff0c\u8a66\u5716\u7ba1\u5236 OTT \u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u71df\u904b\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u986f\u793a\u76ee\u524d\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u9069\u5408\u7684\u6cd5\u6e90\u80fd\u9032\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\uff1f\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u6cd5\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u4f9d\u64da\u4e0a\u5176\u5be6\u5b58\u5728\u722d\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u653f\u5e9c\u7ba1\u8f44\u7db2\u8def\u76f8\u95dc\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u4f9d\u7167 1996 \u5e74\u4fee\u6b63\u901a\u904e\u7684\u300a\u96fb\u4fe1\u6cd5\u300b\u4f86\u884c\u4e8b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7167\u7406\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u4ee5\u7db2\u8def\u70ba\u50b3\u64ad\u5a92\u4ecb\u7684 OTT
