#800000\"><strong>\u62b5\u5236\u7f8e\u570b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5236\u88c1<\/strong><\/span>\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u6cd5\u6848\u5167\u5bb9\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u5883\u5167\u71df\u696d\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u90fd\u9700<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u900f\u904e\u4e2d\u5171\u653f\u5e9c\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u300c\u8a8d\u8b49\u6a5f\u69cb\u300d\uff0c\u5c0d\u5404\u5bb6\u7684\u7db2\u7d61\u5b89\u5168\u9032\u884c\u300c\u8a8d\u8b49\u300d<\/strong><\/span>\uff0c\u81f3\u65bc\uff0c\u54ea\u4e9b\u662f\u300c\u91cd\u8981\u8cc7\u6599\u300d\u9700\u8981\u6aa2\u6838\uff1f\u9019\u4e5f\u5168\u90fd\u7531\u4e2d\u570b\u4e2d\u592e\u3001\u548c\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u4f86\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u9019\u4e9b\u5916\u570b\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u914d\u5408\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u516c\u5b89\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u8655\u4ee5 \u767e\u842c\u5143\uff09\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u6642\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u80fd\u8b93\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u505c\u696d\u3002\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u884c\u865f\u9664\u4e86\u8981\u300c\u9075\u5b88\u4e2d\u570b\u76e3\u7ba1\u300d\uff0c\u66f4\u6158\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd<span href=\"https:\/\/uk.reuters.com\/article\/us-facebook-whatsapp-law-hongkong\/facebook-twitter-suspend-processing-of-government-data-requests-in-hong-kong-idUKKBN2471E7\">\u8def\u900f\u793e<\/a>\u300b\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u6642\u9593 7 \u6708 6 \u65e5\u508d\u665a\u7684\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u79d1\u6280\u696d\u9f8d\u982d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Facebook\uff08\u53ca\u5176\u65d7\u4e0b\u516c\u53f8 Whatsapp \uff09\u3001Google\u3001Twitter\uff0c\u624d\u56e0\u70ba\u4e2d\u5171\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u300a\u6e2f\u5340\u570b\u5b89\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u9f4a\u767c\u8072\u660e\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5c07\u66ab\u505c\u8655\u7406\u6e2f\u5e9c\u5c0d\u4ed6\u5011\u300c\u6578\u64da\u8cc7\u6599\u300d\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u9700\u6c42\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u70ba\u5c11\u6578\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u570b\u969b\u901a\u8a0a\u3001\u53ca\u641c\u7d22\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff09\uff0c\u60f3\u4e0d\u5230\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u5927\u4f3c\u4e4e<span
