style=\"color: #000000;\">\u76f4\u5230 2003 \u5e74\u671d\u91ce\u5171\u540c\u5236\u5b9a\u300a\u516c\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u6cd5\u300b\u5f8c\uff0c\u61b2\u6cd5\u6240\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u300c\u4eba\u6c11\u6709\u9078\u8209\u3001\u7f77\u514d\u3001\u5275\u5236\u3001\u8907\u6c7a\u4e4b\u6b0a\u300d\u624d\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5f97\u4ee5\u843d\u5be6\uff0c\u570b\u6c11\u5011\u7121\u4e0d\u4ee5\u70ba\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u91dd\u5c0d\u300c\u4eba\u300d\u7684\u9078\u8209\u3001\u7f77\u514d\u5df2\u7531\u9078\u7f77\u6cd5\u843d\u5be6\u5916\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u4e5f\u7d42\u65bc\u80fd\u4ee5\u300c\u516c\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u6cd5\u300d\u5be6\u8e10\u5c0d\u300c\u4e8b\u300d\u7684\u5275\u5236\u8207\u8907\u6c7a\u3002\u5f9e\u6b64\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u6c11\u4e3b\u66f4\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u843d\u5be6\u300c\u4e3b\u6b0a\u5728\u6c11\u300d\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u793e\u6703\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u5f8c\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u624d\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u539f\u4f86\u9019\u90e8\u516c\u6295\u6cd5\u554f\u984c\u91cd\u91cd\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u5305\u62ec\u300c\u96d9\u904e\u534a\u300d\u7684\u8d85\u9ad8\u6295\u7968\u9580\u6abb\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u9084\u6709\u582a\u7a31\u592a\u4e0a\u7687\u7684\u300c\u516c\u6295\u5be9\u8b70\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u300d\uff0c\u5b83\u5e6b\u4f60\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8b70\u984c\u80fd\u516c\u6295\uff0c\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8b70\u984c\u4e0d\u80fd\u516c\u6295\uff0c\u9019\u9020\u6210\u516c\u6295\u7684\u4e09\u9762\u9ad8\u7246\uff1a\u300c\u516c\u6295\u5be9\u8b70\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u300d\u3001\u300c\u904e\u534a\u6295\u7968\u7387\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u8d0a\u6210\u591a\u65bc\u53cd\u5c0d\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u4e09\u5ea7\u9ad8\u7246\u6a6b\u4e99\u65bc\u4eba\u6c11\u524d\u65b9\uff0c\u8b93\u516c\u6295\u53d7\u5230\u5c64\u5c64\u963b\u7919\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u62ff\u4eba\u6c11\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u516c\u6295\u63d0\u6848\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u662f\u5b8c\u5168\u57f7\u653f\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u652f\u6301\u4f60\u7684\u63d0\u6848\uff0c\u516c\u6295\u5be9\u8b70\u59d4\u54e1\u53c8\u5168\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u4eba\u4e0d\u6015\u63d0\u6848\u80ce\u6b7b\u8179\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f46\u53ea\u8981\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u53cd\u5c0d\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u8a72\u65b9\u7684\u652f\u6301\u6c11\u773e\u4e0d\u53c3\u8207\u6295\u7968\uff0c\u90a3\u5373\u4f7f\u6210\u6848\u4ea4\u4ed8\u5168\u6c11\u516c\u6295\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u4e00\u6a23\u4e0d\u80fd\u9806\u5229\u904e\u95dc\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u4eba\u6c11\u7dad\u8b77\u300c\u6b0a\u5229\u300d\u7684\u6b0a\u529b\u8207\u4e3b\u5f35\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u95dc\u300c\u9ce5\u7c60\u300d\u88e1\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u771f\u6b63\u843d\u5be6\u5728\u6c11\u4e3b\u5236\u5ea6\u88e1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u5148\u5f9e\u96d9\u904e\u534a\u8ac7\u8d77\u3002\u5f9e\u300a\u516c\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u6cd5\u300b\u4e09\u8b80\u901a\u904e\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u622a\u81f3 2014 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u516c\u544a\u6210\u6848\u4e26\u8209\u884c\u5168\u570b\u6027\u516c\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u7684 6 \u6b21\u516c\u6295\u6848\uff0c\u90fd\u56e0\u6295\u7968\u4eba\u6578\u672a\u9054 50% \u9580\u6abb\u800c\u906d\u5230\u5426\u6c7a\u3002\u8d85\u904e\u4e94\u6210\u7684\u6295\u7968\u7387\u770b\u4f3c\u4e0d\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\u554f\u984c\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u516c\u6295\u6cd5\u5728\u5236\u8a02\u6642\u505a\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u624b\u8173\uff0c\u628a\u4e0d\u6295\u7968\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u8996\u70ba\u300c\u5426\u6c7a\u300d\u7684\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u9078\u64c7\u300c\u68c4\u6b0a\u300d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u4f9d\u53f0\u7063\u4ee5\u5f80\u9078\u8209\u7684\u6295\u7968\u7387\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u6295\u7968\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\u4e5f\u4e0d\u904e\u5c31\u662f 75% \u4e0a\u4e0b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8981\u53cd\u5c0d\u4e00\u500b\u516c\u6295\u63d0\u6848\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u7372\u5f97 25% \u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6c11\u773e\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8acb\u4ed6\u5011\u4e0d\u8981\u53bb\u6295\u7968\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f15\u6613\u5426\u6c7a\u6389\u516c\u6295\u6848\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6295\u7968\u7387\u4e0d\u5230 50% \u5373\u8996\u70ba\u5426\u6c7a\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u516c\u6295\u6cd5\u5728\u6587\u7fa9\u4e2d\u4e26\u672a\u6e05\u695a\u754c\u5b9a\u9019\u4e0d\u9054 50% \u6295\u7968\u7684\u6848\u5b50\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6a21\u7cca\u5730\u5e36\uff0c\u8b93\u516c\u6295\u6dea\u70ba\u7121\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u6295\u7968\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u76ee\u524d\u70ba\u6b62\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u9032\u884c\u904e 6 \u500b\u5168\u570b\u6027\u516c\u6295\u6848\uff0c\u5168\u90fd\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6295\u7968\u6578\u4e0d\u5230\u4e00\u534a\u800c\u5426\u6c7a\u3002\u4ee5\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6848\uff08\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u540c\u610f\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u4e2d\u5171\u5c55\u958b\u5354\u5546\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u5efa\u7acb\u5169\u5cb8\u548c\u5e73\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u67b6\u69cb\uff0c\u4ee5\u8b00\u6c42\u5169\u5cb8\u7684\u5171\u8b58\u8207\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u798f\u7949\uff1f\uff09\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6709\u8d85\u904e \u57fa\u65bc\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u7531\uff0c\u6c11\u9593\u8a31\u591a\u5718\u9ad4\u7d1b\u7d1b\u75be\u8072\u632f\u547c\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u653f\u5e9c\u5118\u901f\u964d\u4f4e\u516c\u6295\u9580\u6abb\uff0c\u88dc\u6b63\u73fe\u884c\u7684\u9ce5\u7c60\u516c\u6295\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f46\u671d\u91ce\u653f\u9ee8\u4e5f\u70ba\u5236\u8a02\u300c\u516c\u6c11\u6295\u7968\u6cd5\u300d\u6642\uff0c\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u8ab0\u8a2d\u4e0b\u9ce5\u7c60\u516c\u6295\u7684\u898f\u5247\u4e92\u63a8\u76ae\u7403\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span #000000;\">\u96d6\u7136\u964d\u4f4e\u516c\u6295\u6cd5\u7684\u6295\u7968\u9580\u6abb\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u591a\u6578\u570b\u6c11\u7684\u5171\u8b58\uff0c\u4f46\u50c5\u8cbf\u7136\u5730\u964d\u4f4e\u516c\u6295\u6295\u7968\u9580\u6abb\u4ecd\u7136\u76f8\u7576\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u76ee\u524d\u516c\u6295\u6cd5\u627c\u6bba\u300c\u4e3b\u6b0a\u5728\u6c11\u300d\u7cbe\u795e\u7684\u9996\u8981\u4e4b\u60e1\uff0c\u4ecd\u7136\u9084\u5728\u300c\u516c\u6295\u5be9\u8b70\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u300d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span #000000;\">\u516c\u6295\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u4ef0\u8cf4\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u4eba\u6c11\u76f4\u63a5\u884c\u4f7f\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u505a\u51fa\u6c7a\u5b9a\u89e3\u6c7a\u722d\u8b70\u554f\u984c\u3002\u82e5\u50c5\u8b93\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u88e1\u7684 21
