\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u8108\u7d61\u4e0b\uff0c\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u81ea 2006 \u5e74\u8d77\u63a8\u52d5\u300c\u767c\u5c55\u570b\u969b\u4e00\u6d41\u5927\u5b78\u53ca\u9802\u5c16\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8a08\u756b\u300d\uff082006-2010\uff09\u8207\u300c\u9081\u5411\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5b78\u8a08\u756b\u300d\uff082011-2015\uff09\uff0c \u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u5efa\u8a2d\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u7d1a\u9802\u5c16\u5927\u5b78\u300d\uff0c\u5c0d\u6975\u5ea6\u91cd\u8996\u6240\u8b02\u570b\u969b\u6392\u540d\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u53f0\u5927\u5728\u570b\u969b\u8a55\u6bd4\u4e2d\u540d\u6b21\u9000\u6b65\u81ea\u7136\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u300c\u8b66\u8a0a\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u53f0\u5927\u6821\u9577\u75be\u547c\u7d93\u8cbb\u61c9 \u300c\u64f4\u5927\u4e14\u96c6\u4e2d\u300d\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u61c9\u8a72\u554f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u8abf\u67e5\u5982\u5be6\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u767e\u5927\u300d\u7684\u570b\u969b\u8072\u671b\uff0c\u53c8\u5982\u4f55\u5462\uff1f\u80fd\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u4e00\u570b\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u7e3d\u9ad4\u7d20\u8cea\u8207\u554f\u984c \u55ce\uff1f\u4ee5\u524d\u63ed\u8abf\u67e5\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u53ea\u6709 21 \u570b\u3001100 \u500b\u5b78\u6821\u5165\u699c\uff0c\u7f8e\u82f1\u5169\u570b\u5373\u56ca\u62ec 55 \u6821\uff0c\u4e0d\u5c11\u6b50\u9678\u570b\u5bb6\u5982\u7fa9\u5927\u5229\u3001\u5967\u5730\u5229\u3001\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u3001\u6377\u514b\u3001\u632a\u5a01\u7b49\u570b\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u5b78\u6821\u9032\u699c\uff0c\u96e3\u9053\u5176\u570b\u7684\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u5c31\u7121\u53ef\u89c0\u55ce\uff1f\u82f1\u570b\u5165\u699c\u7684\u6821\u6578\u662f\u5fb7\u570b\uff086 \u5e74\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u5927\u5c08\u5b78\u751f\u300c\u7c97\u5728\u5b78\u7387\u300d\u9ad8\u9054 85%\uff0c2012 \u5e74\uff0c\u9ad8\u6559\u5b78\u751f\u7e3d\u6578\u903e 141 \u842c \u4eba\uff0c\u8d85\u904e\u570b\u5c0f\u5728\u5b78\u5b78\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u6559\u64f4\u5145\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>\u6559\u80b2\u6295\u8cc7\u537b\u652f\u6490\u4e0d\u8d77\u666e\u53ca\u5316\u7684\u9ad8\u6559\u8def\u7dda\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u500b\u7d71\u8a08\u6578\u64da\u6e05\u695a\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u9ad8\u6559\u653f\u7b56\u6b63\u9010\u6f38\u53bb\u516c\u5171\u5316\uff0c\u4e26\u5df2\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u9ad8\u6559\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u9019\u624d\u662f\u53f0\u7063\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u5371\u6a5f\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>1<span
