science\uff09\u5f62\u5bb9\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u3002<\/span>\u5f8c\u4f86\u4ee5\u8a1b\u50b3\u8a1b\uff0c\u8aaa\u6210\u5361\u840a\u723e\u6b64\u8a9e\u662f\u7528\u4f86\u8a55\u8ad6\u99ac\u723e\u85a9\u65af\uff08Thomas Malthus\uff09\u7684\u300a\u4eba\u53e3\u8ad6\u300b\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u300a\u4eba\u53e3\u8ad6\u300b\u7684\u78ba\u8b93\u4eba\u6182\u9b31\uff0c\u99ac\u723e\u85a9\u65af\u9810\u8a00\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u9577\u4e00\u5b9a\u6703\u8d85\u904e\u98df\u7269\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6389\u9032\u98df\u7269\u4f9b\u4e0d\u61c9\u6c42\u7684\u56f0\u5883\uff08\u99ac\u723e\u85a9\u65af\u9677\u9631\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span #ff6600\">\u9019\u500b\u6182\u9b31\u4e5f\u6210\u4e86\u4e3b\u5c0e\u4e2d\u570b\u904e\u53bb\u516d\u5341\u5e74\u4eba\u53e3\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4e3b\u65cb\u5f8b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4e5d\u56db\u4e5d\u5e74\u516b\u6708\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u767c\u8868\u300a\u7f8e\u570b\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u300b\u767d\u76ae\u66f8\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u570b\u52d9\u537f\u827e\u5947\u905c\uff08Dean Acheson\uff09\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u4eba\u6c11\u5403\u98ef\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u662f\u6bcf\u500b\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u5fc5\u7136\u78b0\u5230\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u9810\u8a00\u4e2d\u5171\u4e5f\u89e3\u6c7a\u4e0d\u4e86\u4eba\u53e3\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5c0d\u6b64\uff0c\u6bdb\u6fa4\u6771\u53cd\u64ca\u7a31\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u662f\u300c\u99ac\u723e\u85a9\u65af\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\uff0c\u4ed6\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u4eba\u4e16\u9593\u7b2c\u4e00\u53ef\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u4eba\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u5171\u7522\u9ee8\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u6709\u4e86\u4eba\uff0c\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4eba\u9593\u5947\u8e5f\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5275\u9020\u51fa\u4f86\u2026\u2026\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u600e\u9ebc\u5426\u5b9a\u99ac\u723e\u85a9\u65af\u4e3b\u7fa9\uff1f\u4e2d\u570b\u5f97\u601d\u8003\u89e3\u6c7a\u81ea\u8eab\u4eba\u53e3\u554f\u984c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u7576\u6642\u8a31\u591a\u5b78\u8005\u4e3b\u5f35\u8981\u7bc0\u80b2\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u8457\u540d\u7684\u662f\u5317\u5927\u6821\u9577\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u5728\u4e00\u4e5d\u4e94\u4e03\u5e74\u767c\u8868\u7684\u300c\u65b0\u4eba\u53e3\u8ad6\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u662f\u4f4d\u8ca1\u653f\u5b78\u8005\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u5171\u7522\u9ee8\u9ee8\u54e1\u4f46\u652f\u6301\u4e2d\u5171\u3002\u9577\u671f\u53c3\u8207\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u5b78\u8005\u6881\u4e2d\u5802\u8aaa\uff0c\u6bdb\u6fa4\u6771\u7b2c\u4e00\u4efb\u59bb\u5b50\u694a\u958b\u6167\u7684\u7236\u89aa\u3001\u5317\u5927\u54f2\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u694a\u660c\u6fdf\u904e\u4e16\u6642\u5bb6\u5883\u6e05\u82e6\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u64d4\u4efb\u5317\u5927\u6587\u79d1\u6559\u52d9\u9577\u7684\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u8207\u8521\u5143\u57f9\u3001\u80e1\u9069\u7b49\u4eba\u4e00\u8d77\u767c\u52d5\u5e2b\u751f\u52df\u6b3e\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u694a\u5bb6\u5f8c\u4e8b\u3002\u9019\u8b93\u6bdb\u6fa4\u6771\u611f\u6fc0\u5728\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u4e00\u76f4\u539a\u5f85\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\uff0c\u4e2d\u83ef\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u570b\u5efa\u7acb\u5f8c\uff0c\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u4e5f\u662f\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u5927\u54e1\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u63d0\u51fa\u300c\u65b0\u4eba\u53e3\u8ad6\u300d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u300c\u65b0\u4eba\u53e3\u8ad6\u300d\u6839\u64da\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u4e5d\u4e94\u4e09\u5e74\u4e2d\u570b\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4eba\u53e3\u666e\u67e5\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u7576\u6642\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u53e3\u5e74\u6210\u9577\u7387\u9054\u5343\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u5341\u3002<span #ff6600\">\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u5c31\u662f\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\u53e3\u3001\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\uff0c\u5ba3\u50b3\u907f\u5b55\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u5be6\u5efa\u570b\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u6bdb\u6fa4\u6771\u63a5\u53d7\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u7b49\u4eba\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\u7684\u4e3b\u5f35\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4e00\u4e5d\u4e94\u4e03\u5e74\u6bdb\u767c\u52d5\u5927\u8e8d\u9032\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u300c\u4eba\u591a\u662f\u597d\u4e8b\u4e0d\u662f\u58de\u4e8b\u300d\u3001\u300c\u4eba\u591a\u8b70\u8ad6\u591a\uff0c\u71b1\u6c23\u9ad8\uff0c\u5e79\u52c1\u5927\u300d\uff0c\u7b49\u65bc\u5426\u5b9a\u4e86\u7bc0\u80b2\u4e3b\u5f35\u3002\u800c\u5149\u660e\u65e5\u5831\u3001\u4eba\u6c11\u65e5\u5831\u7b49\u5a92\u9ad4\u4e5f\u958b\u59cb\u6279\u5224\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e5d\u516d\u25cb\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u8fad\u6389\u5317\u5927\u6821\u9577\uff0c\u4e5f\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u767c\u8a00\u6b0a\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u6587\u9769\u671f\u9593\u4e26\u672a\u53d7\u5230\u592a\u5927\u6ce2\u53ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\uff0c\u6881\u4e2d\u5802\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e00\u4e5d\u4e94\u4e09\u5e74\u63d0\u51fa\u907f\u5b55\u8207\u7bc0\u80b2\u4ee5\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u9593\u96d6\u53d7\u653f\u6cbb\u904b\u52d5\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4f46\u300c\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u76f4\u7dda\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u53cd\u8986\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u4e00\u4e5d\u516d\u4e8c\u5e74\u4e2d\u570b\u570b\u52d9\u9662\u4e5f\u628a\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\u5217\u70ba\u662f\u793e\u6703\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7684\u65e2\u5b9a\u65b9\u91dd\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u6279\u932f\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u8aa4\u589e\u4e09\u5104\u4eba<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5230\u6587\u9769\u7d50\u675f\uff0c\u4e3b\u6301\u5e73\u53cd\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4e2d\u592e\u7d44\u7e54\u90e8\u9577\u80e1\u8000\u90a6\u5728\u5be9\u95b1\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u5e73\u53cd\u6848\u6642\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u7576\u5e74\u6bdb\u4e3b\u5e2d\u8981\u662f\u80af\u807d\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u4e00\u53e5\u8a71\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u4eca\u5929\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u4f55\u81f3\u65bc\u6703\u7a81\u7834\u5341\u5104\u5927\u95dc\u554a\uff01\u6279\u932f\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u5e7e\u5104\u4eba\u2026\u2026\u300d\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5149\u660e\u65e5\u5831\u4e5f\u4ee5\u300c\u6279\u932f\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u8aa4\u589e\u4e09\u5104\u4eba\u300d\u70ba\u984c\u70ba\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u5e73\u53cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u63a5\u8457\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u958b\u59cb\u8457\u624b\u5be6\u884c\u5404\u7a2e\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u4e00\u80ce\u5316\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u6881\u4e2d\u5802\u5f62\u5bb9\u4e2d\u5171\u9032\u884c\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u7684\u9020\u795e\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u85c9\u4ee5\u63a8\u52d5\u8a08\u751f\u3002\u662f\u5426\u9020\u795e\uff1f\u5f15\u8d77\u4e0d\u5c11\u722d\u8b70\uff1b\u4f46\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u7684\u78ba\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e2d\u570b\u63a8\u52d5\u4e00\u80ce\u5316\u7684\u6b63\u7576\u6027\u3002<br \/>\n\u4e00\u4e5d\u4e94\u25cb\u5e74\u4ee3\u4e3b\u5f35\u7bc0\u80b2\u7684\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\uff0c\u4e00\u4e5d\u516b\u25cb\u5e74\u4ee3\u521d\u63a8\u52d5\u4e00\u80ce\u5236\u7684\u4e2d\u5171\u7cbe\u82f1\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5f9e\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u89d2\u5ea6\u8ac7\u8a08\u751f\u3002<span #ff6600\">\u4e0d\u904e\u99ac\u5bc5\u521d\u7576\u5e74\u53cd\u5c0d\u58ae\u80ce\uff0c\u8aaa\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\u300c\u5207\u5fcc\u4eba\u5de5\u6d41\u7522\u300d\uff0c\u4e00\u5247\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u662f\u6bba\u751f\uff0c\u4e8c\u5247\u6703\u50b7\u5bb3\u5a66\u5973\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/span><br \/>\n\u4e2d\u570b\u4e00\u4e5d\u516b\u25cb\u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee5\u4f86\u7684\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5730\u65b9\u5e79\u90e8\u7c97\u66b4\u5730\u5f37\u5236\u5a66\u5973\u58ae\u80ce\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u8a31\u591a\u60b2\u5287\uff0c\u6700\u8457\u540d\u7684\u662f\u76f2\u4eba\u8d64\u8173\u5f8b\u5e2b\u9673\u5149\u8aa0\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u8a08\u756b\u751f\u80b2\u4e0b\u88ab\u6d88\u5931\u7684\u5973\u6027<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4e8c\u25cb\u25cb\u56db\u5e74\u5c71\u6771\u81e8\u6c82\u5e02\u63a8\u52d5\u8a08\u751f\uff0c\u7528\u5f37\u5236\u624b\u6bb5\u9032\u884c\u7d50\u7d2e\u3001\u58ae\u80ce\u3002\u8a08\u751f\u5e79\u90e8\u95d6\u9032\u6c11\u5b85\u6293\u4eba\u53bb\u58ae\u80ce\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5df2\u8d85\u51fa\u5b89\u5168\u6d41\u7522\u6708\u5206\u7684\u5b55\u5a66\u4e5f\u4e0d\u653e\u904e\u3002\u9673\u5149\u8aa0\u5c31\u8207\u59bb\u5b50\u8881\u5049\u975c\u8abf\u67e5\u4e86\u81e8\u6c82\u300c\u66b4\u529b\u8a08\u751f\u300d\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u806f\u7d61\u7dad\u6b0a\u5718\u9ad4\u5171\u540c\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5354\u52a9\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u5f15\u8d77\u8209\u570b\u95dc\u6ce8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9673\u5149\u8aa0\u537b\u56e0\u6b64\u906d\u81e8\u6c82\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u5831\u5fa9\uff0c\u4ed6\u88ab\u62d8\u7559\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u7f85\u7e54\u7f6a\u540d\u5224\u5211\u56db\u5e74\u591a\u3002\u51fa\u7344\u5f8c\u5168\u5bb6\u88ab\u8edf\u7981\uff0c\u5c0f\u5b69\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e0a\u5b78\u3002\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u65b9\u82b1\u5927\u7b46\u300c\u7dad\u7a69\u7d93\u8cbb\u300d\u96c7\u7528\u6c11\u773e\u4e8c\u5341\u56db\u5c0f\u6642\u76e3\u7ba1\u4ed6\u5011\u5168\u5bb6\u3002\u4e8c\u25cb\u4e00\u4e8c\u5e74\u624d\u5728\u71b1\u5fc3\u7684\u7dad\u6b0a\u4eba\u58eb\u7d44\u7e54\u6551\u63f4\u4e0b\uff0c\u6709\u5982\u597d\u840a\u5862\u96fb\u5f71\u60c5\u7bc0\u822c\u9003\u9032\u5317\u4eac\u7f8e\u570b\u5927\u4f7f\u9928\uff0c\u518d\u524d\u5f80\u7f8e\u570b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
