20 \u4f4d\u82f1\u570b\u4eba\u5c31\u6709 1 \u4f4d\u5728 NHS \u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u54ea\u4e00\u570b\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u5f37\u5927\u5230\u50c5\u6b21\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u9632\u90e8\u548c\u4e2d\u570b\u8ecd\u968a\uff1f\u7b54\u6848\u662f\uff1a\u82f1\u570b\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u885b\u5831\u300b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u5ea6 (NHS\uff0cNational Health Service) \u96c7\u7528\u7684\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u9a5a\u4eba\uff0c\u904e\u53bb<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/National_Health_Service_(England)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7d71\u8a08<\/a><\/span>\u5c31\u6307\u51fa NHS \u5728\u82f1\u570b\u662f\u6700\u5927\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\uff0c\u7d04\u6bcf 20 \u4f4d\u82f1\u570b\u52de\u5de5\u4e2d\u5c31\u6709 1 \u4f4d\u5728 NHS \u9ad4\u5236\u4e0b\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u53b2\u5bb3\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u6db5\u84cb\u7684\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u53ef\u6392\u4e0a\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e94\uff0c\u50c5\u6b21\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u8ecd\u968a\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u9435\u8def\u3001\u6c83\u723e\u746a\u8d85\u5546\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u9632\u90e8\uff1b\u7a76\u7adf\uff0c\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u9019\u9ebc\u9a5a\u4eba\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u5ea6\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"hash\" href=\"\/\/world.yam.com\/post.php?id=5384#photo40600\">#2<\/a>\u00a0\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u82f1\u570b\u793e\u6703\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u5225\u5fd8\u4e86\u7576\u5730\u5168\u6c11\u5171\u4eab\u7684 NHS \u9ad4\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u300c\u6700\u50cf\u5b97\u6559\u4fe1\u4ef0\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u300d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: rel=\"noopener\">\u4ecb\u7d39\u5f71\u7247<\/a><\/span>\u4e2d\uff0c\u63cf\u8ff0<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u582a\u7a31\u300c\u6700\u9760\u8fd1\u5b97\u6559\u4fe1\u4ef0\u7684\u82f1\u570b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u300d<\/strong><\/span>\uff0c\u5b83\u5f9e 1948 \u5e74\u6b63\u5f0f\u4e0a\u8def\u5f8c\uff0c\u5df2\u7136\u6210\u70ba\u82f1\u570b\u4eba\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u6642\u81f3\u4eca\u65e5\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u570b\u90fd\u6709\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u6295\u8eab\u5230\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u5ea6\u4e2d\u670d\u52d9\u5927\u773e\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5f9e\u51fa\u751f\u5230\u624b\u8853\u90fd\u514d\u8cbb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u5c0d\u5916\u570b\u4eba\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u6700\u6709\u540d\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u514d\u8cbb\u300d\u9019\u4ef6\u4e8b\u60c5<\/strong><\/span>\uff0c\u5f9e\u770b\u8a3a\u3001\u52d5\u624b\u8853\u3001\u4f4f\u9662\u3001\u793e\u5340\u4fdd\u5065\u3001\u5bb6\u91ab\u5e2b\u518d\u5230\u751f\u5b69\u5b50\u901a\u901a\u90fd\u662f\u514d\u8cbb\u7684\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u770b\u4f3c\u514d\u8cbb\u7684\u80cc\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u76f8\u7576\u5927\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u8ca1\u653f\u652f\u51fa\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u652f\u51fa\u53c8\u4f86\u81ea\u7d0d\u7a05\u4eba\u7684\u7a05\u91d1\u3002\u904e\u53bb\uff0c\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u9810\u7b97\u3001\u91ab\u8b77\u85aa\u8cc7\u3001\u60a3\u8005\u770b\u8a3a\u6b0a\u76ca\u7b49\u7a2e\u7a2e\u722d\u8b70\u5c31\u5e38\u8e8d\u4e0a\u82f1\u570b\u5a92\u9ad4\u7248\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u53f0\u7063\u5148\u4fdd\u969c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba vs \u82f1\u570b\u5168\u6c11\u4e00\u8996\u540c\u4ec1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"\/\/old.npf.org.tw\/PUBLICATION\/SS\/092\/SS-R-092-004.htm\" target=\"_blank\" \u500b\u82f1\u570b NHS \u771f\u76f8<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u4fe1\u4ef0\u7cbe\u795e\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u4e0d\u540c\u5916\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u9084\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u7279\u5225\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff1f\u300a\u885b\u5831\u300b\u7c21\u8ff0\u4e86\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u7684 10 \u5927\u771f\u76f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e00\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e00 \u00a0\u300c\u8a3b\u518a\u300d\u7b49\u5f85\u6210\u5e38\u614b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da 2014 \u5e74\u7f8e\u570b\u65b0\u51fa\u7210\u7684<a href=\"\/\/www.commonwealthfund.org\/~\/media\/files\/publications\/fund-report\/2014\/jun\/1755_davis_mirror_mirror_2014.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u8abf\u67e5<\/a>\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u5ea6\u5728 11 \u570b\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u4e0a\u88ab\u8a55\u70ba\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u4e00\u3002\u4f46\u8ac7\u5230\u5eb7\u5fa9\u4ee5\u53ca\u6574\u9ad4\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u6642\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u5728 11 \u570b\u4e2d\u50c5\u6392\u4e0a\u7b2c 10\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u53bb\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u6279\u8a55\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u60a3\u8005\u5f80\u5f80\u5f97\u9762\u5c0d\u6f2b\u9577\u7684\u7b49\u5f85\uff0c\u300a\u6bcf\u65e5\u96fb\u5831\u300b\u66fe\u5728 2008 \u5e74\u6642\u5831\u5c0e\u4e00\u9593 NHS \u4fe1\u8a17\u57fa\u91d1\u6bcf\u5e74\u8981\u652f\u51fa 1.2 \u842c\u82f1\u938a\u7d66\u91ab\u7642\u4eba\u54e1\u53bb\u79c1\u71df\u8a3a\u6240\u770b\u75c5\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u91ab\u9662\u7b49\u5f85\u540d\u55ae\u5be6\u5728\u592a\u9577\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u6703\u6709\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u6f2b\u9577\u7b49\u5f85\u300d\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u82f1\u570b\u770b\u75c5\u63a1\u300c\u8a3b\u518a\u5236\u300d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u4f60\u5fc5\u9808\u5148\u767b\u8a18\u5230\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5bb6\u91ab\u8a3a\u6240\u4e0b\u9810\u7d04\u770b\u75c5\uff0c\u78b0\u5230\u60f3\u8f49\u8a3a\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u5148\u7d93\u904e\u6240\u5c6c\u5bb6\u91ab\u5e2b \u7684\u65b0\u653f\u7b56<\/a><\/span>\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u770b\u75c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u8de8\u5340\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u82f1\u570b\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u6578 \u50c5\u6b21\u7f8e\u570b\u9632\u548c\u9ea5\u7576\u52de<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u91ab\u5236\u4e0b\u96c7\u7528\u7684\u52de\u5de5\u6578\u7d04 160 \u842c\u4eba\uff0c\u9019\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u59d4\u5916\u6a5f\u69cb\u96c7\u7528\u7684\u4eba\u6578\uff0c\u5149\u662f\u5728\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u5730\u5340\u5c31\u6709 123
