\u76f4\u8b6f\u5c31\u662f\u76e3\u8996 (\u7576\u540d\u8a5e\u5c31\u662f\u96fb\u8166\u7684\u76e3\u8996\u5668)\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5be6 social media monitoring \u6bd4\u8f03\u597d\u7684\u7ffb\u8b6f\u61c9\u8a72\u662f \u300c<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u638c\u63e1\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u8108\u52d5<\/span>\u300d\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5f88\u591a\u77e5\u540d\u54c1\u724c\u7684\u516c\u95dc and\/or \u884c\u92b7\u90e8\u9580\u61c9\u8a72\u8981\u505a\u800c\u4e14\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u3002\u9019\u5e7e\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u63a8\u85a6\u4e00\u4e9b\u5de5\u5177\uff1a <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dreamgrow.com\/69-free-social-media-monitoring-tools\/\">1<\/a>\u3001 <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.socialmediaexaminer.com\/6-social-media-monitoring-tools\/\"> 2<\/a>\u3001 <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.socialbrite.org\/2011\/01\/11\/guide-to-free-social-media-monitoring-tools\/\"> 3<\/a><\/span>\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u4e3b\u8981\u53ef\u80fd\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u82f1\u8a9e\u53ca twitter \u4e16\u754c\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u5927\u81f4\u4e0a\u662f\u5230 \u300c\u773e\u4eba\u5728\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u4e0a\u7684 <strong>\u516c\u958b\u767c\u8a00<\/strong>\u300d\u53bb<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u722c\u6587<\/span>\uff0c\u5e6b\u7528\u6236<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u5206\u6790\u4ed6\u95dc\u5fc3\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8a5e<\/span> &#8212; \u4f8b\u5982\u81ea\u5bb6\u54c1\u724c\u540d\u7a31\u6216\u525b\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u578b\u865f &#8212; \u4ee5\u4fbf\u4e86\u89e3\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u4e8b\u7269\u7684\u8a55\u50f9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u7a0b\u5f0f\u8ddf\u76e3\u63a7\u79c1\u5bc6\u901a\u8a0a\u6c92\u6709\u95dc\u4fc2\u3001\u6280\u8853\u9580\u6abb\u4e5f\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u73fe\u6210\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u4e0d\u5408\u7528\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u4efb\u4f55\u516c\u53f8 \/ \u5b78\u6821 \/ \u6a5f\u95dc\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u884c\u958b\u767c\u7c21\u55ae\u7248\u7c97\u7528\u3002\u9019\u672c\u8cea\u4e0a\u662f\u4e00\u9805<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u6b63\u7576\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u8edf\u9ad4\u6280\u8853<\/span>\u554a\uff01\u5982\u679c\u8a31\u6bd3\u4ec1\u5fc3\u4e2d\u60f3\u7684\u771f\u7684\u662f\u9019\u985e\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u90a3\u4ed6\u771f\u7684\u662f\u53d7\u59d4\u66f2\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u4ed6\u7528\u932f\u9019\u500b\u8a5e\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u9060\u9060\u4e0d\u53ca\u4e3b\u6d41\u5a92\u9ad4\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u5ee3\u5927\u9109\u6c11\u5c0d\u65bc <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.ofset.org\/ckhung\/index.php?post\/109d\"> \u300c\u4eff\u5192\u300d\u3001 \u300c\u76dc\u7248\u300d\u3001 \u300c\u5c71\u5be8\u300d<\/a><\/span> \u4e09\u500b\u8a5e\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u6df7\u7528\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5f\u72af\u904e\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u66f4\u61c9\u8a72\u9952\u4e86\u8a31\u6bd3\u4ec1\u9019\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5169\u500b\u932f\u8aa4\uff0c\u8b93\u8a31\u6bd3\u4ec1\u63d0\u6cb9\u6551\u706b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u7528\u8a5e\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8a31\u6bd3\u4ec1\u9084\u72af\u4e86<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u5169\u500b\u932f\u8aa4<\/span>\uff1a (1) \u5e79\u561b \u300c\u5831\u544a\u300d \u90e8\u9577\uff1f(2) \u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u6cd5\u52d9\u90e8\u9577\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u662f\u5411\u570b\u6c11\u9ee8 (\u8ca0\u8cac<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u9580\u9762 \/ \u5ba3\u50b3 \/ \u516c\u95dc<\/span>\u7684) \u6587\u50b3\u6703\u4e3b\u59d4 \u300c\u5831\u544a\u300d\uff0c \u9019\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u597d\u4e8b &#8212;
