\u6708\u521d\u53f0\u4e2d\u7a7a\u6c59\u7b49\u7d1a\u9054\u300c\u7d2b\u7206\u300d\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u53f0\u4e2d\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u5f9e\u901a\u5831\u5230\u6b63\u5f0f\u555f\u52d5\u964d\u8f09\u82b1\u8cbb 31 \u500b\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u53f0\u4e2d\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u5b8c\u5168\u7121\u6cd5\u56e0\u61c9\u4e2d\u5357\u90e8\u5730\u5340\u60e1\u5316\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u3002\u672a\u4f86\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u3001\u53f0\u96fb\u61c9\u8a72\u8981\u5f9e\u88ab\u52d5\u8173\u8272\u8f49\u63db\u70ba\u4e3b\u52d5\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u7576\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u51fa\u73fe\u60e1\u5316\u9810\u8b66\u4e0d\u662f\u7b49\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u901a\u5831\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u61c9\u8a72\u9810\u5148\u555f\u52d5\u964d\u8f09\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u7a7a\u6c59\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u96d6\u7136\u4e0d\u53ea\u4e00\u7a2e\u3002\u5305\u62ec\u5de5\u5ee0\u6392\u653e\u3001\u5883\u5916\u98c4\u5165\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u6a5f\u5177\u90fd\u6703\u7522\u751f\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c59\u67d3\u7684\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u55ae\u55ae\u4e00\u5ea7\u706b\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u5c31\u5360\u4e86\u4e2d\u90e8 PM2.5 \u7e3d\u91cf\u7684 34%\u3002\u9762\u5c0d\u9019\u9ebc\u5927\u7684\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u6c11\u773e\u4e0d\u80fd\u5ffd\u8996\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u61c9\u8a72\u76ef\u7dca\u5b83\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u9019\u500b 34%\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u906d\u5230\u6838\u80fd\u6d41\u8a00\u7d42\u7d50\u8005\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u7684\u653b\u64ca\u3002<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u5728\u7559\u8a00\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u53f0\u4e2d\u706b\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u7684\u78ba\u662f\u7576\u5730\u6700\u5927\u7684\u300c\u56fa\u5b9a\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u300d\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6839\u64da<span \u6392\u653e\u91cf\u53ea\u5360\u7576\u5730\u7684 16.3%\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u53e3\u4e2d\u7684 34%\u3002\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u731c\u6e2c\uff0c\u6d2a\u53e3\u4e2d\u7684 34%\uff0c\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u5c07\u7e3d\u61f8\u6d6e\u5fae\u7c92\uff08TSP\uff09\u6bd4\u4f8b 7%\uff0b\u61f8\u6d6e\u5fae\u7c92\uff08PM10\uff09\u6bd4\u4f8b 11%\uff0b\u7d30\u61f8\u6d6e\u5fae\u7c92\uff08PM2.5\uff09\u6bd4\u4f8b 16%\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u6c61\u67d3\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u57fa\u6e96\u4e26\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u57fa\u6e96\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.setn.com\/News.aspx?NewsID=129109\">\u81ea\u7136\u5c31\u4e0d\u80fd\u6c92\u300c\u901a\u5206\u300d\u5c31\u76f8\u52a0<\/a><\/span>\u3002\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u4e5f\u5728\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6703\u72af\u4e0b\u5206\u6bcd\u4e0d\u540c\u9084\u76f8\u52a0\u7684\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\uff0c\u62d6\u4f4e\u7acb\u59d4\u6574\u9ad4\u7d20\u8cea\u6c34\u6e96\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/newpowerhung\/photos\/a.852930758079151.1073741828.852926604746233\/1030545476984344\/?type=3&amp;theater\">\u81c9\u66f8 po<\/a><\/span>\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u6307\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u5f15\u7528\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u662f\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u4fdd\u8b77\u53ca\u566a\u97f3\u7ba1\u5236\u8655\u5728 2015 \u5e74 11 \u6708 14 \u65e5\u7684\u7c21\u5831\u3002\u6839\u64da\u8a72\u4efd\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u53f0\u4e2d\u96fb\u5ee0 10 \u500b\u71c3\u7164\u6a5f\u7d44\u6392\u653e\u7e3d\u91cf\u662f 1294 \u516c\u5678\uff0c\u800c\u4e2d\u90e8 PM2.5 \u6c59\u67d3\u7269\u7684\u6392\u653e\u7e3d\u91cf\u662f 3719 \u516c\u5678\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u8a08\u7b97\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e2d\u90e8\u706b\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u5ee0\u78ba\u5be6\u5360\u4e2d\u90e8 PM2.5 \u6392\u653e\u91cf\u7684 34.79%\u3002<\/p>\n<div id=\"js_4\" class=\"_5wpt\">\u865f\u7a31\u53cd\u6838\u5927\u5c07\u8ecd\u7684\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e5f\u662f\u548c\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u6230\u4e0a\u766e\u4e86\u3002\u65e2\u7136\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u4e0d\u662f\u7528\u5206\u6bcd\u76f8\u52a0\u5f97\u51fa 34%\uff0c\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u518d\u6279\uff0c\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u5f15\u7528\u7684<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/enews.epa.gov.tw\/enews\/fact_Newsdetail.asp?InputTime=1041114101509\">\u7c21\u5831\u4e0a\u4e00\u9801<\/a><\/span>\uff0c\u96fb\u529b\u696d\u53ea\u5360 5.6%\uff0c\u91cd\u9ede\u6b63\u662f\u8aaa\u660e\u4e2d\u706b\u964d\u8f09\u5c0d\u7a7a\u6c59\u7684\u6e1b\u91cf\u5f71\u97ff\u5f88\u5c0f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u5f15\u7528\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u8868\u683c\u660e\u986f\u6709\u8aa4\u3002\u5225\u8aaa\u4e2d\u90e8\uff0c\u5149\u662f\u53f0\u4e2d\u5e02\u7684 PM2.5 \u6392\u653e\u91cf\uff0c\u5927\u6982\u90fd\u5728 8,000~10,000 \u516c\u5678 \/ \u5e74\u5de6\u53f3\u3002<\/p>\n<div class=\"_5wpt\">\n<p>\u90a3\u9ebc\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u8ab0\u5c0d\u8ab0\u932f\uff1f\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u7a0d\u65e9\u5247\u7d66\u51fa\u4e86\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5169\u500b\u4eba\u7528\u7684\u6578\u64da\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u932f\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u5f15\u7528\u7684\u5206\u6bcd\u662f\u56fa\u5b9a\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\uff0c\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u7528\u7684\u5247\u662f\u7e3d\u6c59\u67d3\u7684\u6578\u64da\u3002<span href=\"http:\/\/udn.com\/news\/story\/1\/1554163\">\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u6307\u51fa<\/a><\/span>\uff0c\u5169\u500b\u4eba\u7528\u7684\u6578\u64da\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u932f\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u5f15\u7528\u7684\u5206\u6bcd\u662f\u56fa\u5b9a\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u3001\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u7528\u7684\u662f\u7e3d\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u7684\u6578\u64da\u3002\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u662f\u53ea\u91dd\u5c0d\u5de5\u5ee0\u9019\u7a2e\u56fa\u5b9a\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u4f86\u7576\u5206\u6bcd\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u5247\u662f\u5c07\u56fa\u5b9a\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u52a0\u4e0a\u6c7d\u6a5f\u8eca\u3001\u5883\u5916\u7b49\u6c59\u7136\u6e90\u5f8c\u7684\u300c\u7e3d\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u4f86\u8a08\u7b97\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u7684\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u770b\u4f3c\u662f\u5404\u8cde\u9ec3\u58eb\u4fee\u548c\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u4e94\u5341\u5927\u5169\uff0c\u65e2\u7136\u5169\u4eba\u90fd\u662f\u7528\u5b98\u65b9\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u8aaa\u8ab0\u932f\u7576\u7136\u90fd\u6709\u554f\u984c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u771f\u7684\u662f\u9019\u6a23\u55ce\uff1f<span #ff6600;\">\u6d2a\u6148\u5eb8\u8eab\u70ba\u7acb\u59d4\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u771f\u5fc3\u8981\u6539\u5584\u7a7a\u6c59\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u8a0e\u8ad6\u964d\u6c59\u8a72\u5f9e\u54ea\u88e1\u8457\u624b\uff0c\u8981\u770b\u7684\u5c31\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u56fa\u5b9a\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7e3d\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u3002\u7562\u7adf\u4e00\u6a23\u662f PM2.5\uff0c\u6c7d\u6a5f\u8eca\u3001\u5883\u5916\u6c59\u67d3\u7b49\u6c59\u67d3\u4e5f\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5065\u5eb7<\/span>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f15\u7528\u6578\u64da\u6c92\u6709\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4f46\u95dc\u9375\u9084\u662f\u5728\u65bc\u5f15\u7528\u6578\u64da\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u548c\u76ee\u7684\u3002\u7a7a\u6c59\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5927\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u61f8\u6d6e\u5fae\u7c92\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u5929\u5019\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53f0\u4e2d\u5e02\u7684\u7a7a\u6c59\u4f86\u6e90\u4e26\u4e0d\u898b\u5f97\u5c31\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u53f0\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u4f86\u81ea\u53f0\u5317\u3002\u540c\u6642\u5404\u6c59\u67d3\u6e90\u7684\u64f4\u6563\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e5f\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u53f0\u4e2d\u5e02\u7522\u751f\u7684\u61f8\u6d6e\u5fae\u7c92\u5728\u6c89\u964d\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u5468\u906d\u7e23\u5e02\u3002\u89e3\u6c7a\u7a7a\u6c59\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ea\u9760\u5728\u6578\u64da\u4e0a\u76f8\u9b25\uff0c\u9084\u5fc5\u9808\u62ff\u51fa\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u57f7\u884c\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\uff08\u9996\u5716\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a<span
