ICIJ \u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u63d0\u4f9b\u53f0\u7248\u5df4\u62ff\u99ac\u6587\u4ef6\u540d\u55ae\uff0c\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u53f0\u7248\u5df4\u62ff\u99ac\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u7a3f\u5b50\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ffb\u8b6f (\u5982\u679c\u6709\u5c31\u597d\u4e86 QQ\uff0c\u5929\u77e5\u9053\u641c\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u6709\u591a\u8840\u6c57)\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u88e1\u5fc5\u9808\u5411\u5927\u5bb6\u8aaa\u660e\uff0cICIJ \u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab\u4e2d\uff0c\u5ba2\u6236 (Client) \u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u662f\u548c\u83ab\u85a9\u514b\u25cf\u99ae\u8cfd\u5361 (MF) \u63a5\u6d3d\u7684\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u6307\u7684\u662f\u4ee3\u8fa6\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u5c0f\u578b\u4ef2\u4ecb\uff0c\u9019\u88e1\u7684\u300c\u5ba2\u6236\u300d\u6307\u7684\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u5ba2\u6236\u3002\u53f0\u7063\u6709 46 \u540d\u5ba2\u6236\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u662f\u6709 46 \u5bb6\u8a3b\u518a\u5730\u5740\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u4ef2\u4ecb\u516c\u53f8\u5411 MF \u63a5\u89f8\u3002<\/p>\n
