ILO \u4e0d\u50c5\u4e0d\u627f\u8a8d\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u8b77\u7167\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u63a5\u53d7\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u8db3\u4ee5\u8b49\u660e\u500b\u4eba\u8eab\u5206\u7684\u8b49\u4ef6\uff0c\u53ea\u56e0\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u570b\u7c4d\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u6b64\uff0c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/udn.com\/news\/story\/6656\/1748063\">\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u665a\u9593\u5766\u8a00\u537b\u6709\u6b64\u4e8b<\/a><\/span>\uff0c<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u8868\u793a\u53f0\u7063\u99d0\u65e5\u5167\u74e6\u4ee3\u8868\u8655\u7b2c\u4e00\u6642\u9593\u5c31\u5411 ILO \u8868\u9054\u7121\u6cd5\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u7acb\u5834\uff0c\u4e26\u8acb\u53cb\u90a6\u99d0\u5718\u5354\u52a9\u4ea4\u6d89<\/span>\u3002\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u767c\u51fa\u8072\u660e\u6279\u8a55\uff0cILO \u7684\u4e0d\u5408\u7406\u4f5c\u70ba\u5df2\u9055\u53cd\u5176\u81ea\u8eab\u6a19\u699c\u9075\u5faa\u4e4b\u666e\u4e16\u50f9\u503c\u53ca\u516c\u5e73\u6b63\u7fa9\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u570b\u4eba\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002ILO \u4f5c\u70ba\u570b\u969b\u52de\u5de5\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u61c9\u63a1\u53d6\u5176\u7d0d\u5165\u52de\u3001\u8cc7\u3001\u5b78\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u7b49\u5404\u65b9\u53c3\u8207\u4e4b\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u8b93\u53f0\u7063\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u9069\u7576\u65b9\u5f0f\u63db\u8b49\u51fa\u5e2d\u5927\u6703\u65c1\u807d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u5be6\u81ea\u53f0\u7063 1971 \u5e74\u9000\u51fa\u806f\u5408\u570b\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c31\u6642\u5e38\u5728\u53c3\u8207\u570b\u969b\u6703\u8b70\u7684\u5834\u5408\u56e0\u8eab\u5206\u554f\u984c\u906d\u6253\u58d3\uff0c\u9019\u5e7e\u5e74\u9019\u500b\u554f\u984c\u4e0d\u50c5\u6c92\u6709\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u66f4\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u58d3\u8feb\u4e0b\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\u3002<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u4f46\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u806f\u5408\u570b\u5176\u4ed6\u7d44\u7e54\u53f0\u7063\u9084\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c3\u52a0\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u50cf ILO \u7684\u53c3\u89c0\u8b49\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u5bec\u9b06\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u8b77\u7167\u5c31\u80fd\u9032\u53bb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9019\u5169\u5e74\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u4e2d\u6b63\u5927\u5b78\u52de\u5de5\u95dc\u4fc2\u5b78\u7cfb\u53c3\u8a2a ILO \u4e5f\u90fd\u6709\u6210\u5f62\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e36\u56de\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u570b\u969b\u52de\u52d5\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u4f46\u73fe\u5728\u767c\u751f\u5728\u65e5\u5167\u74e6\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u65bd\u58d3\u7684\u89f8\u89d2\u5df2\u7d93\u4f38\u5230\u4e86\u6b50\u6d32\uff0c\u5c31\u9023\u4ee5\u5f80\u6700\u5bec\u9b06\u7684 ILO \u7d44\u7e54\u4e5f\u62d2\u7d55\u6211\u570b\u8b77\u7167\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6c92\u6709\u8aaa\u660e\u4efb\u4f55\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u9ec3\u9e97\u5a1f\u5247\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u81c9\u66f8\u4e0a\u6e96\u5099\u82f1\u6587\u516c\u958b\u4fe1\uff0c\u547c\u7c72\u5927\u5bb6\u4e00\u4eba\u4e00\u4fe1\uff0c\u8b93
