Basic Income, UBI\uff09\u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u745e\u58eb\u516c\u6c11\u5c0d\u65bc\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u61b2\u6cd5\u6b0a\u5229\u3001\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u9762\u5c0d\u5de5\u696d4.0\u5168\u9762\u6a5f\u5668\u4eba\u5316\u7684\u65b0\u4e16\u7d00\uff0c\u518d\u4e00\u6b21\u5168\u6c11\u6df1\u5ea6\u7684\u601d\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span Schmidt\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca28\u6b72\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u5b78\u8005\u83ef\u683c\u7d0d\uff08Che
