\u5b98\u7db2<\/a>\u5f71\u7247\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u3010\u6211\u5011\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6311\u9078\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u3011<\/p>\n<p>\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u5927\u6703\uff08WHA\uff099 \u65e5\uff09\u958b\u8b70\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u4e16\u885b\u63d0\u6848\u4e0a\u6f14\u300c2 \u5c0d 2 \u8faf\u8ad6\u300d\uff0c<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u96d6\u53cb\u90a6\u5011\u63a5\u529b\u70ba\u53f0\u767c\u8a00\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u5f8c\u5927\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u88c1\u793a\u300c\u9080\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u4f5c\u70ba\u89c0\u5bdf\u54e1\u53c3\u52a0\u4e16\u885b\u5927\u6703\u300d\u4e0d\u5217\u5165\u8b70\u7a0b\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u770b\u6e05\u695a\u8ab0\u662f\u76df\u53cb\uff01\u53f0\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u63d0\u6848\u6210 WHA \u79cb\u5b63\u5fa9\u6703\u4e00\u5927\u4eae\u9ede<\/h2>\n<p>\u4eca\u5929\uff089 \u65e5\uff09\u5927\u6703\u958b\u5e55\u5f8c\u9996\u5148\u8a0e\u8ad6\u5927\u6703\u8b70\u7a0b\uff0c\u5728\u9589\u9580\u7684\u7e3d\u52d9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e2d\uff0c\u6578\u570b\u53cb\u90a6\u767c\u52d5\u7b2c\u4e00\u6ce2\u633a\u53f0\u767c\u8a00\uff0c<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u4f46\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u53cd\u5c0d\u4e0b\uff0c\u7e3d\u52d9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u300c\u5efa\u8b70\u300d\u53f0\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u4e16\u885b\u63d0\u6848\u4e0d\u5217\u5165\u8b70\u7a0b\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u5348\u4f11\u606f\u6642\u9593\u7d50\u675f\u56de\u5230\u5927\u6703\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u7b2c 2 \u6ce2\u4e14\u516c\u958b\u7684\u300c2 \u5c0d 2 \u8faf\u8ad6\u300d\u767b\u5834\uff0c\u7531\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u53ca\u5b8f\u90fd\u62c9\u65af 2 \u53cb\u90a6\u70ba\u53f0\u767c\u8a00\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u8981\u6c42\u5c07\u53f0\u7063 14 \u53cb\u90a6\u63d0\u6848\u300c\u9080\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u4f5c\u70ba\u89c0\u5bdf\u54e1\u53c3\u52a0\u4e16\u885b\u5927\u6703\u300d\u5217\u5165\u5927\u6703\u8b70\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u4ee3\u8868\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u904e\u53bb\u53f0\u7063\u66fe\u4ee5\u89c0\u5bdf\u54e1\u8eab\u5206\u53c3\u8207\u4e16\u885b\uff0c\u4e14\u505a\u904e\u5be6\u969b\u8ca2\u737b\uff0c \u4f46\u56e0\u653f\u6cbb\u56e0\u7d20\u7121\u6cd5\u53c3\u52a0\u4e16\u885b\u3002\u4e16\u885b\u8ca0\u8cac\u7684\u662f\u5168\u7403\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0d\u61c9\u907a\u6f0f\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u5fc5\u9808\u5b8c\u5168\u52a0\u5165\u4e16\u885b\u5927\u6703\u3002\u5b8f\u90fd\u62c9\u65af\u4ee3\u8868\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e16\u885b\u4e0d\u9080\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u5c07\u653f\u6cbb\u51cc\u99d5\u5065\u5eb7\u4e4b\u4e0a\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u8fc4\u4eca\u4ecd\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u61c9\u5c0d\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u4e16\u885b\u61c9\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e16\u885b\u5fc5\u9808\u9080\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u53ca\u5df4\u57fa\u65af\u5766\u5247\u767c\u8a00\u53cd\u5c0d\u5c07\u53f0\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u63d0\u6848\u5217\u5165\u8b70\u7a0b\u3002<span style=\"color: #800000\"><strong>\u4e2d\u570b\u4e26\u5f37\u8abf\u53f0\u7063\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u4e2d\u570b\u539f\u5247\u4e0b\u53c3\u8207\u570b\u969b\u7d44\u7e54\u3002<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u96a8\u5f8c\u5927\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u88c1\u793a\u63a5\u53d7\u7e3d\u52d9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u4e0d\u628a\u9080\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u4e16\u885b\u63d0\u6848\u5217\u5165\u5927\u6703\u8b70\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>WHA \u662f\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08WHO\uff09\u6700\u9ad8\u6b0a\u529b\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u958b\u6703\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u4ee5\u6c7a\u5b9a WHO \u653f\u7b56\u65b9\u5411\u30022009 \u5e74\u8d77\u81f3 2016 \u5e74\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u9023\u7e8c 8 \u5e74\u53d7\u9080\u4ee5\u89c0\u5bdf\u54e1\u8eab\u5206\u53c3\u8207 WHA\uff1b\u4f46\u56e0\u4e2d\u570b\u6253\u58d3\uff0c\u53f0\u7063 2017 \u5e74\u8d77\u9023 4 \u5e74\u672a\u80fd\u7372\u9080\u53c3\u8207\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u4eca\u5e74 WHA \u56e0\u75ab\u60c5\u5f71\u97ff\u5206 2 \u6b21\u8209\u884c\uff0c5\u6708 \u9996\u5ea6\u63a1\u7cbe\u7c21\u8996\u8a0a\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u53e6\u5728 11 \u6708 9 \u65e5\u81f3 14
