href=\"https:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/wiki\/File:Yoshihide_Suga_September_2020_(1).jpg\">wikimedia<\/a>\uff09<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u3010\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6211\u5011\u6311\u9078\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u3011<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u9996\u76f8<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cna.com.tw\/news\/firstnews\/202011200124.aspx\">\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049<\/a>\u66fe\u8868\u793a\u4eca\u5e74\u5c07\u64f4\u5927 CPTPP \u898f\u6a21\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u50b3\u805e\u662f\u70ba\u547c\u61c9\u4e2d\u570b\u6709\u610f\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP \u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\u3002\u6700\u65b0\u6d88\u606f\u537b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u9996\u76f8\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049\u8a8d\u70ba\u4e2d\u570b\u9ad4\u5236\u4e0d\u9069\u5408\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u65e5\u672c\u62d2\u7d55\u4e2d\u570b\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u99d0\u65e5\u4ee3\u8868<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/frankcthsiehfans\/posts\/10157803320321430\">\u8b1d\u9577\u5ef7<\/a>\u5728\u81c9\u66f8\u4e0a\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u5c0d\u53f0\u7063\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP\uff0c\u59cb\u7d42\u4fdd\u6301\u6b61\u8fce\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u3002\u540c\u6642\u6307\u51fa\u65e5\u672c\u4eca\u5e74\u64d4\u4efb CPTPP \u8f2a\u503c\u4e3b\u5e2d\u570b\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u82e5\u516c\u958b\u8868\u793a\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u53ef\u5f71\u97ff\u5176\u4ed6\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u7063<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cna.com.tw\/news\/aipl\/202012290186.aspx\">\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8<\/a>\u76ee\u524d\u4e5f\u904b\u7528\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u722d\u53d6\u65e5\u672c\u653f\u3001\u5546\u3001\u5a92\u9ad4\u754c\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4e26\u8207 CPTPP \u7684 11 \u500b\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u5c55\u958b\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u8aee\u5546\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP\u3002\uff08\u8cac\u4efb\u7de8\u8f2f\uff1a\u9673\u4f73\u715c\uff09<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_218852\" style=\"width: 1090px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img href=\"https:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/wiki\/File:Yoshihide_Suga_September_2020_(1).jpg\">wikimedia<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u7522\u7d93\u65b0\u805e\u4eca\u5929\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u9996\u76f8\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049\u63a5\u53d7\u77e5\u540d\u8a55\u8ad6\u5bb6\u6afb\u4e95\u826f\u5b50\u5c08\u8a2a\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u60f3\u53c3\u52a0\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5925\u4f34\u5168\u9762\u9032\u6b65\u5354\u5b9a\uff08CPTPP\uff09\u4e00\u4e8b\uff0c\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u570b\u73fe\u884c\u7684\u653f\u7d93\u9ad4\u5236\u5f88\u96e3\u53c3\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6afb\u4e95\u5c08\u8a2a\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049\u6642\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74 11 \u6708\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u3001\u97d3\u570b\u3001\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u570b\u5bb6\u5354\u6703\uff08ASEAN\uff09\u7b49\u570b\u7c3d\u7f72\u7684\u5340\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7d93\u6fdf\u5925\u4f34\u5354\u5b9a\uff08RCEP\uff09\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u5f88\u671f\u76fc\u5370\u5ea6\u53c3\u52a0\uff0c\u4f46\u5370\u5ea6\u672a\u53c3\u52a0\u3002\u81f3\u65bc CPTPP\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u671f\u5f85\u7f8e\u570b\u53c3\u52a0\uff0c\u4f46\u7f8e\u570b\u5df2\u812b\u96e2\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u76ee\u524d\u662f\u9019\u5169\u5927\u7d93\u6fdf\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u5927\u570b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6afb\u4e95\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u4e3b\u5e2d\u7fd2\u8fd1\u5e73\u53bb\u5e74\u8868\u614b\u6709\u610f\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP\uff0c\u9019\u5f88\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u7d93\u6fdf\u529b\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u5efa\u7acb\u9738\u6b0a\u7684\u6700\u5927\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u6703\u5c07\u9019\u6b66\u5668\u5145\u5206\u904b\u7528\u65bc RCEP\uff0c\u5c07\u4f86\u6216\u8a31\u4e5f\u6703\u904b\u7528\u5728 CPTPP \u9019\u6b66\u5668\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049\u8868\u793a\uff0cRCEP \u7684\u5354\u5546\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u6700\u5f8c\u95dc\u982d\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u4ecd\u52aa\u529b\u52f8\u5370\u5ea6\u52a0\u5165\uff0cRCEP \u5c55\u73fe\u6b61\u8fce\u5370\u5ea6\u52a0\u5165\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u6b61\u8fce\u5370\u5ea6\u96a8\u6642\u52a0\u5165\u3002\u9019\u4e26\u975e\u6613\u4e8b\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u4e00\u76f4\u5f88\u5e0c\u671b\u5370\u5ea6\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u52aa\u529b\u52f8\u5370\u5ea6\u52a0\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u60f3\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP \u4e00\u4e8b\uff0c\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049\u8868\u793a\uff0cCPTPP \u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u8981\u6c42\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u5fc5\u9808\u5177\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u6c34\u6e96\u7684\u5e02\u5834\u958b\u653e\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9019\u5c0d\u4e2d\u570b\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9580\u6abb\u76f8\u7576\u9ad8\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u570b\u73fe\u884c\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u5236\u5f88\u96e3\u53c3\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6afb\u4e95\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b 20 \u5e74\u524d\u52a0\u5165\u4e16\u754c\u8cbf\u6613\u7d44\u7e54\uff08WTO\uff09\uff0c\u5c0d\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u627f\u8afe\u6703\u9075\u5b88\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u6b0a\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u7b49\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u537b\u6c92\u4fe1\u5b88\u627f\u8afe\u3002\u5979\u4e5f\u8a8d\u70ba\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP \u7684\u9580\u6abb\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5f88\u96e3\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u4f5c\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\u4ee5\u5916\u4ea4\u300c\u8a50\u6b3a\u4f0e\u5006\u300d\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u83c5\u7fa9\u5049\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u60f3\u52a0\u5165 CPTPP \u4e00\u4e8b\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u6703\u5be9\u614e\u56e0\u61c9\u3002\u5982\u679c CPTPP \u6210\u54e1\u570b\u6c92\u540c\u610f\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u52a0\u5165\u7684\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u4eca\u5e74\u662f\u8f2a\u5230\u65e5\u672c\u64d4\u4efb CPTPP \u8f2a\u503c\u4e3b\u5e2d\u570b\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u9000\u51fa CPTPP \u5f8c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6709 11 \u500b\u6703\u54e1\u570b\u7684 CPTPP
